On the other hand, all its benefits could vanish, if it is cooked in fats or in a way that destrys all its nutrients, such as when overcooked. Grilling fish is a wonderful idea, since in only a few minutes you can taste all its flavor and aroma, without any additions apart from a few drops of oil or some salt. In addition, its content in calories does not increase as it does when it is fried.
