Quite good sound quality for its price, moderate volume, poor quality remote control in terms of construction.

The speakers are quite good with good bass and sound. The sound distorts a little at high volumes. The most important thing is that I have everything on boost (bass, etc.) and they really haven't suffered anything compared to some old speakers that I had burned in the same way! The bass is so powerful that it bothers the people below and next to me, so be careful..

There are no better 5.1 speakers for a computer at this price.

Flawless sound and clear in both high and low notes.

The bass is powerful and satisfactory even at the lowest setting.

The ability to connect it with an optical cable is just a bonus. They work properly in surround sound through it without any issues (as long as you know how to set it up)

I have the cx2 edifier 2.1 and they are the best. I have been a owner for 1.5 years and I am extremely satisfied. Get them for 1000, they are perfect. They have both optical and analog connectivity options, connected to my ps3 and pc with a sound blaster sound card

Tragically expensive speakers. First of all, the Optical only plays in stereo, not in 5.1, and one has to search the footnote in the manual to discover it, and of course, they write it as if it only accepts Standard PCM signal so that no one understands what it means.

Secondly, the sound quality is worse than the Logitech speakers I bought 10 years ago at the same price.

The speaker cables are of terrible quality and are very susceptible to static electricity. As a result, every now and then, you hear a scratchy sound from the speakers.

If you plan to place them in your office and near two monitors like I did, you will regret spending your money. Their subwoofer and center speaker are particularly sensitive. If I hadn't paid €200 to the technician who installed everything through separate channels and didn't ask for the same amount to uninstall them, I would have returned them already.

In conclusion, stay far away from Edifier products!!! Very low quality for their price

It's not bad for the money, good bass and without interference from the speakers, when they're not playing anything. Convenient are the wireless controller and the FM tuner!
