Toumazos Tsielepis

Toumazos Tsielepis studied law at the University of Kiev. He continued with a postgraduate specialization in Public International Law and earned his Ph.D. in 1985. He has published numerous scholarly articles as well as political texts on current issues. He was a member of the negotiation team for the Cyprus issue during the 2003-2004 talks. Since 2008, he has been a member of the negotiation team under the President of the Republic.
