Nikos Mpelias

Nikos Belias was born in Megalopolis, Arcadia, and grew up in Athens. He studied in the Department of Journalism at the E'cole des Hautes E'tudes Sociales in Paris. Today, he lives and works in Athens. In October 2014, his first poetry collection, "Leaves of Love," was published by Iolkos Publishing. He was awarded the 2nd prize in the Delphi Poetry Competition 2015 by the Panhellenic Union of Writers. He has been recognized in numerous poetry competitions. His poems have been translated and published in French.
