THeodora Koufopoulou - Iliopoulou

Theodora Koufopoulou-Heliopoulou was born in Spathari, Arcadia, and currently resides in Rafina with her husband, Dimitris Heliopoulos. She writes poetry, short stories, essays, and articles. Her work has been included in anthologies, literary magazines both in Greece and abroad, daily newspapers, the Greek Historical Literary Museum, the "Continuous History of Modern Greek Literature" by Michalis Stafylas, the "Peloponnesian Literature (Literature of Arcadia)" by K. Stamatis, the "Poetic Calendar" by Iolkos Publications of Yiannis Koridis, the Experimental Literary Museum of Antonis Samiotakis, and the online newspaper MCNEWS by Maria Chatzinikolaou. She has participated in international exhibitions in Frankfurt and Acapulco. Her poems have been translated into English by Zacharoula Gaitanaki, French by Stavrounia Kourakou-Dokolla, Italian by Maria Tsaga, Spanish by Mario Ramon Mendoza, as well as into Chinese and Albanian.
