Stayros Dedoukos

Stavros Dedoukos was born in Peristeri in 1966. He is the program director at the I.A.F.A. (International Aerobic and Fitness Association) College, as well as for the I.A.F.A. Weight Training School programs in Greece and Cyprus. He studied, among other places, at the School of Physical Education and Sport Science of the Aristotle University and the School of Physical Education and Sport Science in Athens. He has authored 20 books, educational manuals, and informational guides for Physical Education teachers and nutritionists, and has published over 200 articles in scientific and popular magazines.
