Niki Maroniti

Niki Maroniti studied at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the Law School of the University of Athens. In the same department, in April 2001, she defended her doctoral thesis on "Politics and the National Question, 1895-1903." She is a lecturer in the Department of Social Anthropology at Panteion University, where she teaches modern and contemporary Greek and European history. For several years, she worked as a researcher at the Historical Archive of the University of Athens. She is the author of the book "Political Power and the National Question in Greece, 1880-1910" and has participated in numerous conferences as well as collective scientific projects. Her interests focus on the fields of the history of power relations and the history of ideas.
