Georgios G. Mayroeidis

He studied Psychology and Pedagogy as a scholarship recipient from the State Scholarships Foundation (I.K.Y.) in Belgium and France. He served as a Primary Education School Counselor, as an Advisor at the Pedagogical Institute responsible for Preschool Education, and as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Preschool Education at the University of Crete. He also taught as a visiting professor at Greek and foreign universities. From 1995 to 2000, he served as an Education Advisor at the Permanent Greek Delegation to UNESCO in Paris. He was the President of the Department of Primary Education at the Pedagogical Institute. Since 2001, he has been the Dean of the School of Education Sciences at Intercollege (Cyprus). His scientific and research activities focus on issues of Preschool Education. He has published books and articles, independently or in collaboration, in Greek and French, participated in numerous research programs, and presented various studies at educational conferences in Greece and abroad.
