
Dimitrios Grigorakis
Dr. Dimitris Grigorakis is a nationally renowned Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, PhD, founder, and director of the Diet Support Center APISHNANSIS - LOGO DIATROFIS. He graduated with honors from the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition Science at Harokopio University, holds a master's degree in "Applied Dietetics - Sports Nutrition," has received further training in managing Chronic Diseases at Boston Medical Center in the USA, and holds a Doctorate from the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. He is a scientific collaborator with the Department of Dietetics - Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. His professional and research interests focus on addressing obesity and various immune disorders. He is the first dietitian in Greece to engage in the private sector, implementing the ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) Antioxidant Nutrition model. Dr. Dimitris Grigorakis has an extensive body of written work. He has authored 24 books, contributed to 3 others by various Greek authors, and has scientifically edited 3 more works by foreign authors. Over 200,000 copies of his total written work have been distributed to readers. His scientific articles have been published in international scientific journals and Greek newspapers. He is the director of the portals: Logodiatrofis.gr, Activekids.gr, and Care24.gr. He has served as the General Secretary of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists, is a member of the scientific committee of the Association of Persons with MS, and is the President of the Hellenic Nutrition Society.
