Katerina Papari

Katerina Papari was born in Athens in 1976. She completed her studies in the Department of History and Archaeology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in History. She continued her postgraduate studies in the Interuniversity Postgraduate Program in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology at the Department of Philosophy and History of Science, focusing on modern and contemporary philosophy. Recently, she completed her doctoral dissertation at the Department of History and Archaeology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, titled "Greekness and Urban Intellectuals in the Interwar Period [1922-1940]," as a Leventis Foundation scholar. Her research interests center on the philosophy of history, intellectual history, and the "politics of culture" in modern Greek history, with a focus on the Interwar period. In recent years, she has been working systematically as a philologist in private education and as a publishing editor. She has published several study aids for the subject of History in secondary education and is a peer reviewer for the journal History Research.
