
Dionysios Alikaniotis
Dionysios Alikaniotis was born in Lechaina, Ilia. He graduated with honors in Law and Political and Economic Sciences from the University of Athens. He also earned a DEA in Public Law from the University of Paris II with distinction. He is a lawyer qualified to practice before the Supreme Court of Greece.
In 1994, he was awarded by the Academy of Athens for his study "The Legislative Power and the President of the Republic under the Constitution of June 3, 1927." He holds a doctorate in Constitutional Law with honors for his thesis "The Constituent Work of the Third and Fourth National Assemblies - A Comparative Study."
He has authored several works, including:
