Zacharias TH. Athanasiou

Zacharias Athanasiou, a retired professor from the Technological Educational Institute (TEI), is a Forester with a doctoral degree following studies in France. He also holds a diploma from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Montpellier in Applied Mycology. Since 1995, he has been involved in documenting the macro-fungi of our country, and part of his findings has been published in the scientific journals "Forest Research" and "Mycotaxon."
