Original DIY Christmas cards to send your wishes!
This holiday season, accompany each of your gifts with a beautiful handmade card or send your wishes to loved ones in a different way. We give you some ideas to create your own creations!
Basic Equipment
You will need colorful cardboard and a variety of materials that you will combine to make your own cards. There are many ideas online for wonderful creations that will impress your loved ones.
Unleash Your Talent
Create Christmas trees, Santa Clauses, reindeer, and snowmen using buttons, stickers, and beads. Cut the cardboard to the dimensions you want, draw the design you like with a pencil (it doesn't have to be perfect), and add color and whatever else is needed to give it shape. Use glitter and markers to add sparkle and color!
Use your imagination!
You have countless materials at your disposal and all you need are a few ideas. For example, you can create Christmas trees with colorful adhesive tape by adding colorful balls and a star sticker on top (even glow-in-the-dark!). There are also plexiglass decorations for crafts that you can use for your cards!
Not Handy?
That's what stencils are for! Choose the design you like, a gold spray, and create a dazzling card for your loved ones! You can also use other colors and a brush.
Say cheeeeeese!
Create a family postcard to send your wishes from the whole family! Wear sweaters with Christmas designs, pajamas and socks, and take funny photos in front of the tree. Print and glue the photo onto cardboard, add stickers, glitter, and lots of wishes, and the best card is ready!
Wishes for a Beautiful Year
To write your wishes, use colorful markers, gold or silver, and give a glamorous look to your handmade card! You can choose scented markers for an even more impressive result!
The final touch!
Apart from the classic envelopes, available in many colors, which you can decorate with many of the above materials, you can get creative with various ideas to present your cards. You can place them in Christmas stockings that hang by the fireplace or in a beautiful Christmas box, along with chocolates, candies, lollipops, and other small gifts, such as ornaments, charms, etc.
