Espresso

There are two ways to enjoy an espresso at home! With Espresso machines that use ground (or whole bean) coffee and espresso machines that use capsules. 

Espresso Machines

If you want an Espresso machine that accepts coffee beans and automatically grinds them to ensure they are always fresh and aromatic, you should choose an automatic Espresso machine.

You can choose coffee from a huge range of different flavors and aromas, depending on your preferences. Whole bean coffee so you can enjoy freshly ground coffee every time! If you want ground coffee instead, there are many options and you can choose the coffee that best suits your palate! Greek Coffee

The enjoyment of a Greek coffee has timeless value! Its distinctive aroma and taste take you on a journey!  It is special thanks to the varieties selected for it as raw material and thanks to the way it is roasted, ground, and prepared.

The proper Greek coffee is brewed on hot embers, but since it is a bit difficult to have hot embers at home, a gas burner will do the job well! A new, convenient, and equally effective way to brew your coffee is with Greek coffee makers. Filter Coffee

Filter coffee can be prepared in many ways. One of them is by pouring hot water over ground coffee and letting it pass through a paper filter drop by drop. This process is also known as “pour over.” This is achieved with filter coffee makers!

Another way to make filter coffee is to place the ground coffee in a special container, which we fill with hot water and after leaving it for a few minutes, we press the device's plunger – and this is the so-called "Full Immersion" process. When preparing filter coffee, the water should be heated to 88 to 96 °C depending on the type of coffee and personal preference. 

Choosing coffee is a personal matter as you can select from a wide range of different flavors and aromas. 

 Instant Coffee (Nes)

The preparation of instant coffee (Nes) is done in two ways: either by first shaking a minimal amount of water with the coffee and sugar mixture or with the special machine (coffee maker) that produces instant coffee using steam. At home, we can easily make it in 2 ways, either with the classic shaking in the cup with a spoon, or with a frappe maker/hand mixer!

Of course, your water should be hot and it is best not to exceed 80 degrees (just before boiling). You will need a kettle to make your instant coffee!

For perfect results in your coffee, use filtered water to get rid of chlorine. At home, this is easily done with a filter pitcher.
