- Medium Weight: The axe weighs from 950g to 1.8kg.
- Heavy Duty: The weight of the axe exceeds 1.8kg.
- Small 10-16 lt: The length of the axe does not exceed 40cm
- Medium 17-23 lt: The length of the axe ranges from 41 to 60cm
- Large: The length of the axe exceeds 60cm and it is usually two-handed.
