Filters
Clear- Dark: Aged for a long time (darker) or with added caramel for color. Rich, heavy flavor with intense spices and molasses.
- Gold: Aged in barrels for several years. Sweeter and more aromatic than white, with caramel notes. A good base for Rum & Coke.
- Cachaça: Brazilian spirit, similar to rum, but made exclusively from fresh sugarcane juice. The main ingredient of Caipirinha.
- Spiced: With the addition of natural spices (e.g. cinnamon, vanilla, clove). Intense, warm flavor profile.
- White: Unaged or aged and then filtered to remove the color. Light, clean profile. Ideal for Mojito and Daiquiri.
- Overproof: Rum with high alcohol content (>50%) and explosive strength, essential for authentic Tiki cocktails.
