Clear- Tsipouro: The traditional Greek spirit distilled from grape pomace. The perfect companion for Greek meze
- Tsikoudia: The pride of Crete. A pure grape marc distillate, usually single-distilled, with an intense and authentic character
- Rakomelo: Distillate blended with honey, cinnamon, and spices. Enjoy it warm in winter or with ice in summer
- Baked Raki: The famous, smooth liqueur from Amorgos with honey and herbs. Ideally served chilled as a digestif
- Aged: Aged in oak barrels for months or years. It acquires an amber color, aromas of vanilla and nuts, and resembles premium whisky
- Single-varietal: A distillate produced exclusively from the pomace of a single grape variety. It clearly highlights the unique aromas and character of that specific grape
- With Anise: It acquires the characteristic anise aroma and turns milky when ice is added (like ouzo). An ideal match for seafood
- Without Anise: The pure, "crystal-clear" taste of grape. The classic choice of connoisseurs for meat and spicy appetizers
- Standard: up to 950ml
- Miniatures: up to 150ml
- Small carafe: up to 475ml
- Great: over 1000ml
- Syrah: An international variety that has perfectly acclimatized to Crete (Tsikoudia). It offers a rich body, aromas of dark fruits, and peppery notes
- Agiorgitiko: The pride of Nemea. It produces "velvety" spirits with aromas of red fruits and sweet spices. It is often chosen for barrel aging
- Vidiano: The rising "star" of the Cretan vineyard. It produces premium tsikoudia with a full body and aromas of apricot and melon
- Malagousia: The "noble lady" of Greek vineyards. It produces elegant, fruity spirits with notes of white-fleshed peaches, citrus fruits, and white flowers
- Muscat: The most aromatic variety. It gives the spirit intense, sweet aromas of rose, Turkish delight, and ripe fruits
- Moschofilero: Extremely refreshing and aromatic. It gives the spirit delicate notes of citrus (lemon/bergamot) and rose petals
- Xinomavro: The most dynamic variety of Macedonia. It produces robust, complex spirits with an earthy character and a light spicy aftertaste
