I think that this heater is the best purchase I have made in this field. Within 10 minutes, it increases the room temperature by 3 degrees easily with all the resistors turned on. A basic principle is as follows: if you want warmth, power is required. It can't be any other way. Whether you can achieve efficiency depends not only on the power of the heater you have, but also on its construction characteristics and installation. Additionally, factors beyond the heater play a role, such as house insulation, humidity, etc. The following statements assume the simultaneous use of a dehumidifier and good insulation in the rooms.

Before this heater, we used a 1,800W halogen heater without a thermostat, which operated for about 8 hours a day. Let's say it operated at an average of 1,500W because sometimes we put it on full power and other times on the second level with 1,200W. This means it consumed 1.5x8=12kWh per day.

Now, let's talk about the one I am evaluating. It operates at full power, meaning 2,800W, for the same number of hours. Someone might say we're exaggerating! But no. The front of this heater compared to the old one is huge, which means it heats a larger amount of air (these heaters also heat through radiation). Additionally, with a conservative setting on the thermostat (without meaning that you feel cold - temperature around 21 degrees), I noticed that it was on for 2/5 of the hour, so in 8 hours, it effectively operated for 3.2 hours (2/5 of 8 hours). This means that the LX-1501 consumes 9kWh per day.

Attention! Do not place clothes on top of the heater, especially towards the buttons. It is very likely that you will burn the thermostat. The lady of the house ignored the "Do not cover" warning on the heater's casing, and to be honest, I didn't pay much attention to it either until I had to replace the thermostat. Of course, it still works perfectly with all its resistors!

I received it today. The downside is that it has 3 heat levels instead of 4! I can't understand why! Are they partners with the electricity company? At 700w, with one bulb, it doesn't have the ability to heat a 10cm room. So, you have to go straight to the 3 bulbs! But it's not worth it at 2100w. One solution I thought of is to remove one bulb out of the 3 so that 2 will turn on. And when you want all 4 to turn on... 3 will turn on. You don't need 4 for one room. It's excessive. So, you can turn on 3 for an hour to heat up quickly and then lower it to 2. But no matter what we say... no matter which heater you get... you have to consume a lot of electricity to warm up! Otherwise, you put it on the first level and you have to have it under the blanket, hugging it! If you burn 3 bulbs for 5 hours every day, it's 1260 kilowatt-hours in 4 months.
