  • It has a subtle sweet taste compared to other aged tsipouro I have tried! I didn't like it combined with something salty! Maybe it pairs better with chocolate or something else!

This is the first aged tsipouro that I have tried, if you exclude a difference in taste, I believe it has nothing to envy from a whiskey, not to mention that in my humble opinion it is even more flavorful, of course I am not an expert but I really like it.

I have tried other aged tsipouro, but this one is definitely the best with unique flavors. Excellent drink at a reasonable price.

As a person who doesn't really like plain tsipouro and mainly drinks whiskey up to 20 euros, this seemed like a very good combination of the two! It definitely holds up well against whiskies in this price range and can be enjoyed both as tsipouro with meze and as whiskey in the evening.

First time trying aged tsipouro. My expectations were probably a bit high. I don't understand why there is a comparison with whiskey in the comments. The flavors are different. The aroma and taste resemble more brandy than whiskey. The taste is rougher than brandy. I will come back with more details when the bottle is empty :)

Potara, what can I say. At the price it is sold, it's like stealing. Free. Wonderful aromas, mild sweet long aftertaste. It's not the usual tsipouro that one would drink with food or meze. This drink is to be consumed on its own with dried fruits. It is the first aged tsipouro I have tried and it was absolutely worth it. I will try others as well. Honestly, I don't understand why anyone would drink imported grain and barley spirits (whiskey) from countries that cannot cultivate vineyards due to climate, when we are generously given the opportunity not to prefer it. Aged tsipouro easily surpasses any whiskey.

Excellent in taste, color, bottle, packaging, everything is perfect! Congratulations to the Tynavos cooperative! Although I make my own homemade tsipouro, I was ecstatic with this product, which was given to me as a gift on my celebration. Amazing even as a gift!

The first aged tsipouro that was released in Greece. Incredible aroma and intense flavor. The perfect answer to foreign whiskies as well as expensive newly emerging Greek ones. With the well-known tradition and quality seal of the Tyrvavos Cooperative. Excellent...
