Together with the Zinadol antibiotic, I was taking these probiotics. The antibiotic bothered me from the first day, I had diarrhea. The probiotics did not help. After finishing the antibiotic, I didn't have diarrhea but I was going to the toilet 3-4 times a day.
Supposedly, we take probiotics with antibiotics to have good bacteria in the intestine (because antibiotics kill both bad and good bacteria). Obviously, I didn't have any good bacteria after the antibiotic+probiotics... because a week after finishing the antibiotic, I got gastroenteritis and had 10 episodes of diarrhea per day. I would take a sip of water and release half a liter. In the 5 days of gastroenteritis, I went to the doctor, who gave me some probiotics with a strain and only 5 billion probiotics, and my intestine and stomach started to improve.
Obviously, I didn't have any good bacteria when I was taking antibiotic+probiotics... and that's why it took my intestine and stomach 2 weeks to recover from gastroenteritis... with the help of another probiotic.
I just looked at the description of the genecom probiotics and I was amazed to see that it has 13 billion probiotics plus prebiotics. And yet, it was as if I didn't take any at all.
While I was helped by a product with only one strain (lacto...something) and 5 billion per capsule.
Μαζί με την αντιβίωση Zinadol έπαιρνα αυτά τα προβιοτικά. Η αντιβίωση από την πρώτη μέρα με είχε πειράξει, έκανα διάρροιες. Τα προβιοτικα δεν βοήθησαν. Αφού τελείωσα την αντιβίωση, δεν έκανα διάρροιες αλλά ήμουν 3-4 φορές την ημέρα στην τουαλέτα.
Υποτίθεται ότι παίρνουμε προβιοτικα μαζί με αντιβίωση για να έχουμε καλά βακτήρια στο έντερο (διότι η αντιβίωση μαζί με τα κακά βακτήρια σκοτώνει και τα καλά). Εγώ προφανώς δεν είχα καθόλου καλά βακτήρια μετά την αντιβίωση+προβιοτικά...γιατί μια εβδομάδα μετά το τέλος της αντιβίωσης που κόλλησα γαστρεντερίτιδα έκανα 10 διάρροιες την ημέρα. Έπινα μια μπουκιά νερό και έβγαζα μισό λίτρο. Στις 5 μέρες γαστρεντερίτιδας πήγα στο γιατρό, μου έδωσε κάποια προβιοτικα με ένα στέλεχος και μόνο 5 δισ.προβιοτικα και άρχισε το έντερο και το στομάχι μου να στρώνει.
Προφανώς δεν είχα καθόλου καλά βακτήρια όταν έπαιρνα αντιβίωση+προβ.Genecom και γι'αυτό μετά το έντερο και το στομάχι μου έκαναν 2 βδομάδες να στρώσουν από την γαστρεντερίτιδα...με τη βοήθεια αλλού προβιοτικού.
Μπήκα μόλις να δω την περιγραφή των προβιοτικών genecom και έπαθα πλάκα βλέποντας ότι έχει 13 δις προβιοτικά συν πρεβιοτικά. Και όμως αυτά ήταν σαν να μην έπαιρνα καθόλου.
Ενώ με βοήθησε ένα σκεύασμα με μόνο ένα στέλεχος (lacto...κάτι) και 5 δις ανά κάψουλα.
