The Amila IFPT Power Tower offers four essential workout stations in one compact structure. At the top, it features a multi-grip pull-up bar for wide- and narrow-grip pull-ups. The middle of the frame incorporates parallel dip handles for training the chest and triceps, as well as a leg raise station for isolating the abdominal muscles. At the base, the unit has special handles for performing push-ups with an increased range of motion.

To ensure comfort and proper posture while performing abdominal exercises, the station features an ergonomic back pad and armrests with high-density foam padding.
