Good and economical machete but it needs a bit of work from the user to become functional. It does not come sharpened and the wooden handle is rough. It needs a bit of sanding to become smoother and not irritate the palm.

Καλή και οικονομική ματσέτα αλλά χρειαζεται λίγη δουλειά απο την μεριά του χρήστη ώστε να γίνει λειτουργική. Δεν έρχεται ακονισμενη και η ξύλινη χειρολαβή είναι τραχιά. Θέλει λίγο γυαλοχαρτάρισμα για να γίνει πιό λεία και να μην ενοχλεί την παλάμη.

Από αντοχή η χειρολαβή δείχνει να είναι καλή, αλλά γενικά το ξύλο είναι εύκολο να σχιστεί και θέλει περιποίηση. Προσωπικά την άλοιψα με κρέμα κεριού και όταν την τράβηξε όλη, το τύλιξα σφιχτά με λεπτό paracord.

Το ατσάλι είναι ποιότητας 1070 και φυσικά όχι ανοξείδωτο. Η λάμα ,πάχους 2 mm, αντέχει πολύ καλά ακόμη και σε πλαγιο-μετωπική καταπόνηση χωρίς να σπάσει. Είναι ευλύγιστη και έχει μεγάλη αντοχή στην θραύση.

Είναι φτιαγμένη στην Βραζιλία , όπου και απ'ότι διάβασα, χρησιμοποιείται κατά κόρον. Στα 15 ευρώ είναι αρκετά vfm. Στα 9,5 ευρώ που είχε στις αρχές του έτους ήταν super.
