    Unfortunately, the product is terrible in my opinion, very "cheap" construction and for 300-something euros, within 6 months, the markings on the 2 side controls that operate the oven faded, so you can't see what and how for baking in the oven, and also 2 out of the 3 burner "caps" rusted (the small and the medium one), also after a year some of the supports for the cooking grates came off. Turkish made - with all that implies, personally I regret the purchase and of course I will not choose Carad again.

    Update 12/12/2025: For the last 3 months we've been without an oven because the power switch broke... we've been trying since the end of August to sort things out with the company... nonsense... and when we finally found a solution, we're on hold waiting for when the spare parts will arrive (the switch and the two controls whose markings have faded and you can't see what's going on). So, the bottom line? 40 euros for the parts... and 50 for the technician to install the switch... 90 euros... great... not even 100...! Also, all 3 burner heads need to be replaced because they're having issues from use...!! - we haven't even had it for 8 years.-... (and in fact, the middle one... for about a month now has a lot of trouble starting up) should I average about 100 euros for 3 heads here too?... Happy holidays and... stay calm Thanasis... everything works like a Swiss watch in this shithole...
