This is a seat, not a bench. The previous reviewer has been confused, if they wanted something taller then they need a bench. The seat aims to leave the shoulder blades free, as they participate in shoulder exercises and need to move freely. In my opinion, the vertical section could be a little shorter. Good and sturdy construction, it comes assembled.

Το κάθισμα έχει ως στόχο να αφήσει τις ωμοπλάτες ελεύθερες, επειδή συμμετέχουν στις ασκήσεις ώμων και πρέπει να κινούνται ελεύθερα. Κατά τη γνώμη μου θα μπορούσε να είναι και λίγο πιο κοντό το κάθετο τμήμα. Καλή και στιβαρή κατασκευή, έρχεται συναρμολογημένο.
