Magnesium 300mg:

Dietary supplement in effervescent form with 220mg magnesium with lemon flavor that provides energy and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of fatigue and tiredness.

Dosology

Cool Night:

  • 1 capsule, one to two hours before desired bedtime.

Magnesium 220mg:

  • 1 effervescent tablet per day, dissolved in a glass of water, preferably before a meal.

    The first few days it did a decent job... unfortunately, as I had read somewhere, the body easily and quickly gets used to melatonin, and it doesn't work much after a few days. If you have a serious insomnia issue, I don't recommend this one... I think a solution with higher mg of melatonin (2mg and above) would be preferable.
