DosageAssist ensures optimal cleaning with any type of detergent. When using tablets, the detergent is released from its compartment into a special tray in the top basket, where it dissolves completely.

We brought the "authorized service" of Bosch-Siemens-Pitsos to gaslight us that the dishwasher has nothing wrong, "maybe it's the food residue you ate," "maybe it's the quality of the area's water," "maybe it's Mercury in retrograde"... but the dishwasher is not the problem.
We installed a water filter on the main supply, the dishes still stank. We changed brands of tablets, washing salt, rinse aid, the dishes still smelled. A friend of ours moved to a house with a built-in dishwasher and gave us his own -decade-old- dishwasher. Magically! In the decade-old dishwasher, no dish ever smells like eggs!!!
A defective device can of course happen with any brand, but when you have a representative who prefers to sell you excuses rather than deal with the problem, then you're just gambling your money on whether you'll get a dishwasher or a broken egg air freshener. At least that's what happened to us with Bosch dishwashers.

Μετακόμισε ένας φίλος μας σε σπίτι με εντοιχισμένο πλυντήριο πιάτων και μας χάρισε ένα πλυντήριο πιάτων -δεκαετίας- δικό του. Ω δια μαγείας! Στο πλυντήριο δεκαετίας κανένα πιάτο δεν μυρίζει αβγουλίλα ποτέ!!!
Ελαττωματική συσκευή μπορεί βέβαια να συμβεί σε οποιαδήποτε μάρκα, αλλά όταν έχεις αντιπροσωπεία που προτιμά να σου πουλάει δικαιολογίες παρά να ασχοληθεί με το πρόβλημα, τότε απλά παίζεις τα λεφτά σου στα ζάρια αν θα πάρεις πλυντήριο πιάτων ή αρωματιστή χαλασμένου αβγού. Αυτό τουλάχιστον συνέβηκε σε μας με τα πλυntήρια bosch.
The quality of the buttons is inferior compared to an older model of the same brand, but of course, it is the cheapest Bosch. Also, the plastic divider for the glass holder is not convenient because sometimes it leaves gaps between the glasses. Other than that, it washes very well.

It is the best dishwasher that could come out. I have it exactly for 1 year. I needed it because I cook different foods, desserts, etc. every day. Having a baby, I don't have time for hand washing, plus the exhaustion (standing up), water and electricity saving. Bosch forever!!! It washes them perfectly and shines them. I put about 2 loads every day. It saved my hands.

First damage just before the warranty expired (2 years), salt sensor (electronic component). Basically, the salt ran out and the indicator did not light up to inform. The warranty covered it.
Second damage at 2.5 years, water pump (electromechanical component). Cost of replacement part 70€ + 40€ labor.
Third damage a few days ago, water distributor. Electric component. Cost of the part 30€ + 40€ labor.
