The experience with this purchase was quite bad, hence the 2-star rating. The product arrived well-packaged from the store, so no issues there. I installed it on my phone and everything seemed fine at first. However, it had a very short battery life compared to my previous one, which was the original battery of the phone and already had a significant decrease in performance. After a month, the battery swelled, causing the back cover to break. I thought it was just a faulty one. After contacting the store, they sent me a new one and I also bought a new back cover since the previous one was broken. I installed the new battery, but unfortunately, the same issues occurred within the same timeframe. Based on this experience, I came to the conclusion that for this specific phone and similar ones, it is better to go directly to an authorized repair shop. One reason I believe this is because Samsung does not normally provide their batteries on the market. This was my experience with the product, and I understand that we make this purchase for a lower cost of repair. Now, I want to reiterate that this might have been just my case, but this is how I evaluate it. I should also mention that since I sent it to the authorized service center for repair, the battery has been working perfectly. I hope this helps!
