  • Cadence is the number of steps per minute. It displays the total steps (combining the right and left foot)
  • Ground contact time balance shows the right/left balance of ground contact time when running. It displays the percentage, e.g., 53.2, with an arrow indicating the right or left foot
  • Stride length is the length from one footfall to the next
  • Vertical oscillation is your bounce while running. It displays the vertical movement of your torso and is measured in centimeters for each step
  • Vertical ratio is the ratio of vertical oscillation to stride length. It is displayed as a percentage, and the lower it is, the better the running performance usually is

    Nice gadget to track more statistics in your running. Lightweight, easily connects but I understand that Garmin will stop producing it. Unfortunately, you can't use it on a treadmill and it's not compatible with Zwift.

    Small and miraculous,
    it is so small that we don't realize we are wearing it.
    It is placed on the back of the waistband and stays securely because it has a tight grip.
    Its job is to measure the stride length, the pressure exerted on the ground, the duration of the step, and the body posture.
    It is good to use it with a heart rate monitor belt as they work together and can provide more accurate data

Κάνει το συγκεκριμένο για νέα ρολόγια Garmin (π.χ., forerunner 255); Γιατί διάβασα στις κριτικές ότι θα σταματήσει η παραγωγή του. Υπάρχει κάποιος successor?

Αν δεν φοράω το ρολόι μετράει αριθμό βημάτων, γενικά λειτουργεί ή μόνο σε συνδυασμό με το ρολόι ;

Είναι μόνο αισθητήρας από μόνο του δεν καταγράφει μετρήσεις, μόνο σε σύνδεση με ρολόι (ίσως και άλλες Garmin συσκευές)
