Purchased on 1/12/20. Since then, it has probably not been turned off at all. The house is from the '50s, without insulation and good windows, in Athens. It was purchased as an auxiliary heating device for the oil burner because it burns its guts. It has become equivalent to the burner in terms of heating. It effortlessly warms up 40 square meters at a temperature of 23 degrees!!!! With the snow a few days ago, it saved us. Logically, in the summer, for cooling, we will take the food out of the fridge to keep it frozen..........We shall see!!!

Update: Evaluation for cooling as well.... Summer 2022...the air conditioner at 29 degrees (with an outside temperature of 38-40) and there was a pleasant coolness in the room, which even spread to the other rooms!!!! Of course, the temperature was not the same, but there was no heat.
Αγοράστηκε 1/12/20. Απο τοτε παιζει να μην εχει κλεισει καθολου. το σπιτι ειναι του '50, χωρις μόνωση και καλα κουφώματα, στην Αθήνα. Αγοράστηκε ως βοηθητικό μεσο θέρμανσης στον καυστήρα πετρελαίου, γιατι καίει τα άντερά του. Εχει γινει ισάξιο του καυστήρα σε επιπεδο θέρμανσης. ζεσταίνει απροβλημάτιστα 40 τετραγωνικά, σε θερμοκρασία 23 βαθμών!!!! με τα χιόνια πριν λίγες μέρες, μας εβγαλε ασπροπρόσωπους. Λογικα το καλοκαιρι, στην ψυξη, θα βγάζουμε τα τρόφιμα απο το ψυγειο για να τα κρατάει παγωμένα..........Ιδωμεν!!!
Θα επιστρέψω με edit το καλοκαίρι, αν το θυμηθώ.
Update: Αξιολόγηση και στην ψύξη.... Καλοκαίρι 2022...το κλιματιστικό στους 29 βαθμους (με εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 38-40) και στον χωρο υπηρχε μια ευχάριστη δροσιά, η οποία μάλιστα πήγαινε και στα υπόλοιπα δωμάτια!!!! Φυσικα η θερμοκρασία δεν ηταν η ιδια, αλλα δεν ειχε ζεστη.
It performs very well in cooling and heating. The warranty is a big issue. I had a circuit board issue within 3 years and the company doesn't care. Unacceptable. I would not buy GREE again because the company is unreliable when it comes to warranties.
Αποδίδει πολύ καλά στην ψύξη και στη θέρμανση . Μεγάλο θέμα η εγγύηση . Μου χτύπησε Πλακετα στα 3 χρόνια και η εταιρεία σφυρίζει αδιάφορα. Απαράδεκτοι , Δεν θα ξαναγόραζα GREE γιατι η εταιρεια ειναι αναξιοπιστοι στις εγγυησεις .
Very good in cooling performance and power saving, literally freezing without the air conditioner working continuously, just be careful where you buy it from and make sure they explain to you exactly what they mean by 10 years warranty and under what conditions... Because Gree says one thing and does another...
Πολυ καλο στην απόδοση ψυξης και οικονομίας ρευματος κυριολεκτικά παγωνεις χωρίς να δουλευει συνέχεια το κλιματιατικο, απλά προσεχτε από κει που θα το παρετε να σας εξηγήσουν τι ακριβώς εννοουν 10 χρόνια εγγυηση και με ποιες προυποθεσεις... Γιατί αλλά λέει η gree και αλλά κάνει....
Very good air conditioner in terms of cooling, which I tried... not exactly quiet, but not annoying either. The Wi-Fi application is laughable and tear-inducing, just like most Chinese grab-and-go software of this kind.
Πάρα πολύ καλό κλιματιστικό στην ψύξη που το δοκίμασα... αθόρυβο δεν το λες αλλά δεν είναι και ενοχλητικό. Η εφαρμογή του wi-fi του είναι για γέλια και για κλάματα, όπως τα περισσότερα Κινέζικα άρπα-κόλα λογισμικά αυτού του είδους.
I got the 18btu for a 45sqm store with a 5m ceiling. It has amazing performance! My old air conditioner was a 12, not inverter. From June to September, I burned 300kw/h less compared to last year, even with double the hours of use! The ionizer (the tree on the remote control) is excellent. It softens the atmosphere and prevents a sore throat. Even in heating, which I tried a little in April, I was satisfied.
EDIT: 19/8/22. After years of use, it proved to be a perfect purchase for the store. I wouldn't buy it for home anymore as it doesn't have a silent speed (lower than the 1st), wifi, automatic cleaning, etc. Technology has advanced a lot.
Πήρα το 18btu για κατάστημα 45τμ με ταβάνι 5μ. Έχει φοβερή απόδοση! To παλιό μου κλιματιστικό ήταν 12άρι (όχι inverter). Το 4μηνο Ιουνίου-Σεπτεμβρίου έκαψα 300kw/h λιγότερες σε σχέση με πέρυσι και μάλιστα με διπλάσιες ώρες χρήσης! Ο ιονιστής (το δεντράκι στο τηλεκοντρόλ) είναι εξαιρετικός. Μαλακώνει η ατμόσφαιρα και δε σε πιάνει πονόλαιμος. Και στη θέρμανση που το δοκίμασα λίγο τον Απρίλιο, έμεινα ικανοποιημένος.
EDIT: 19/8/22. Μετά από χρόνια χρήσης αποδείχτηκε τέλεια αγορά για κατάστημα. Για σπίτι δε θα το αγόραζα πλέον καθώς δεν έχει silent ταχύτητα (μικρότερη απ'τη 1η), wifi, αυτόματο καθάρισμα κλπ. Προχώρησε πολύ η τεχνολογία.
The air conditioner was purchased only for cooling, so the review is accordingly. The machine quickly delivers cooling and generally has no operational issues. The only negative for me is that compared to a 9,000 BTU unit that I have in another room and was supposed to be in a higher category like the Amber series in Gree, there was a noticeable difference in comfort (noise, low consumption, etc). The noise of the internal fan never goes into silent mode because it simply doesn't exist. The unit's functions are basic. On the other hand, you only pay the extra cost for comfort, noise, etc without ever being able to offset it with energy savings.
Το κλιματιστικό αγοράστηκε μόνο για ψύξη οπότε και η κριτική είναι ανάλογη.
Αποδίδει γρήγορα την ψύξη το μηχάνημα και δεν έχει γενικά θέματα λειτουργίας.
Το μόνο αρνητικό για μένα είναι ότι σε σχέση με ένα 9.000btu που έχω σε άλλο χώρο και ήταν να το πω σε μια κατηγορία παραπάνω σαν σειρά (η αντίστοιχη amber στην gree) είχες αισθητή διαφορά σε άνεση (θόρυβος, χαμηλή κατανάλωση κλπ). Ο θόρυβος του εσωτερικού ανεμιστήρα δεν μπαίνει ποτέ σε silent mode γιατί απλά δεν υπάρχει. Είναι basic οι λειτουργίες της μονάδας. Από την άλλη το κόστος της κατηγορίας παραπάνω το δίνεις μόνο για θέματα άνεσης, θορύβου κλπ χωρίς ποτέ να μπορείς να αποσβέσεις από την διαφορά κατανάλωσης.
I bought a 9,000 BTU air conditioner and I have it in the bedroom, so it cools it down for fun. It's not exactly quiet, but it has the sleep option that does the job. Overall, it's a very good air conditioner with a long warranty. I deducted one star because the Wi-Fi application is terrible, it doesn't work at all

24,000 BTU was installed last year in the new store we went to, in which 4 (!) commercial refrigerators + 1 commercial freezer operate in the main area. Two of the refrigerators are even open type. You can imagine the heat emitted by all of these! There is a smaller space at the back with a kitchen and a toilet. The store's door is a glass showcase, with a significant gap in the glass, and a back door made of iron and glass. In between, there is a folding door that separates the store. Before this, at the beginning of summer, before the heatwaves started, the temperatures were terrible, to the point where the motors of the refrigerators would sometimes burn, especially on very hot days. Not to mention that you couldn't stand even with the doors open (transparent). And this was at the beginning of summer. We simply survived! It is high-quality, quiet, it had an older Gree 18 model that a friend had in her café, for years. So we bought the newer model ourselves. I am very satisfied, it is quiet, now with closed doors whether it's hot outside or not, whether all the refrigerators are working, it easily goes down to very low temperatures to the point where it's slightly cold. We usually set it at 26-27°C. It stays there comfortably, despite the heat emitted by the refrigerators. And of course, it cools down the back area. And it has a 10-year warranty. The only small flaw is that the timer on the remote control is easily pressed, resulting in it sometimes turning off on its own due to the activated timer because of an employee's carelessness. Many days during the summer, it works 24 hours a day! On the one hand, to protect the refrigerators, and on the other hand, to prevent other vulnerable products in the space from turning on. Logically, in a house, it will make it arctic and, moreover, quietly. Of course, it worked perfectly in the winter! Excellent performance! I don't know if it's suitable for a bedroom (quietness), although from what friends say, it is suitable for that too. But if you care about cooling with quiet operation for many years, this air conditioner is perfect!
Update of the review. July 2020.
A while ago, the two open-type refrigerators were replaced with a large closed-type one of class A+. Our refrigeration technician told us to set the air conditioner to 22-23°C if we want. And indeed, in the space with a professional freezer-showcase, two vertical professional refrigerators-showcases, and the new large one with a glass front, it goes down to 22°C and stays there easily, keeping all the vulnerable products in the wider space of the store at comfortable temperatures to prevent them from spoiling. Obviously, the load from the continuous operation of the air conditioner was balanced out by the refrigerator change, resulting in a monthly bill that is approximately 100 euros lower. I mean that the air conditioner doesn't consume much energy to reach very low temperatures. It's an excellent product that I highly recommend.

From June 2020 until now, we haven't stopped it for a single minute! Not even for one night. It operates 24/7!! And in the past, especially during hot days, it would often run continuously for 2-3 days, and we would turn it off for a night, but now, in the last year, it operates continuously because the workload has increased and there are many more products both in the wider space and in the refrigerators. We are talking about possibly the ultimate king of air conditioning at a professional level, where it handles the thermal loads and continuous operation as if it's training. An incredible machine!
24.000 btu τοποθετηθηκε περυσι στο νεο μαγαζι που πηγαμε, μεσα στο οποιο στον κυριως χωρο λειτουργουν 4 (!) επαγγελματικα ψυγεια + 1 επαγγελματικη καταψυξη. τα δυο απο τα ψυγεια ειναι μαλιστα ανοικτου τυπου. μπορειτε να φανταστειτε την θερμοτητα που εκλυουν ολα αυτα!
υπαρχει πισω μικροτερος χωρος με κουζινα και τουαλετα. πορτα του μαγαζιου τζαμι βιτρινας, με αρκετο διακενο σπο την βιτρινα, πισω πορτα σιδερενια-τζαμι. ενδιαμεσα υπαρχει πορτα φυσαρμονικα που χωριζει το μαγαζι.
πριν απο αυτο, αρχες καλοκαιριου, πριν αρχισουν οι καυσωνες, οι θερμοκρασιες ηταν φοβερες, σε σημειο που να καιγονται καποιες φορες τα μοτερ των ψυγειων ιδιαιτερα σε πολυ ζεστες μερες. ασε που δεν μπορουσες να σταθεις ουτε με τις πορτες ανοικτες (διαμπερες). κι αυτα αρχες καλοκαιριου.
Απλα σωθηκαμε! ποιοτικο, αθορυβο, ειχε ενα gree 18 αρι παλιοτερο μια φιλη στην καφετερεια της, σκυλι! για χρονια. ετσι αγοραστηκε και απο εμας το νεοτερο μοντελο.
ειμαι πολυ ευχαριστημενος, αθορυβο, πλεον με κλειστες πορτες ειτε εχει εξω καυσωνα ειτε οχι, ειτε δουλευουν ολα τα ψυγεια, κατεβαινει ευκολα σε πολυ χαμηλες θερμοκρασιες σε σημειο που να ψιλοκρυωνεις ευκολα. συνηθως το βαζουμε στο 26-27 C. ανετα μενει εκει, παρα την εκλυομενη θερμοτητα των ψυγειων. και φυσικα ψυχεται και ο πισω χωρος.
και 10 χρονια εγγυηση.
μικρη παραφωνια οτι στο τηλεκοντρολ ευκολα πατιεται ο χρονοδιακοπτης με αποτελεσμα καποιες φορες να κλεινει μονο του απο ενεργοποιημενο χρονοδιακοπτη λογω απροσεξιας υπαλληλου.
πολλες μερες το καλοκαιρι δουλευει 24 ωρες το 24ωρο!! αφενος για να προφυλλακτουν τα ψυγεια αφεταιρου για να μην αναψουν αλλα ευπαθη τροφιμα στο χωρο.
λογικα σε ενα σπιτι, θα το κανει αρκτικη και μαλιστα αθορυβα.
φυσικα το χειμωνα τα πηγε μια χαρα! πολιτισμος!!
δεν ξερω αν κανει για κρεβατοκαμαρα (ησυχια), αν και απο οτι λενε οι φιλοι εδω κανει και για αυτο, αν ομως σας νοιαζει η ψυξη με αθορυβη λειτουργια για πολλα χρονια, το κλιματιστικο ειναι τουμπανο!

επικαιροποιηση αξιολογησης . ιουλιος 2020
πριν λιγο καιρο, αλλαχτηκαν τα 2 ψυγεια ανοικτου τυπου με ενα μεγαλο κλειστου τυπου ταξης Α+. ο ψυκτικος μας ειπε να βαζουμε το κλιματιστικο χαλαρα στους 22-23 C αν θελουμε. και πραγματι στο χωρο με μια επαγγελματικη καταψυξη-βιτρινα, δυο καθετα επαγγελματικα ψυγεια-βιτρινα και το νεο μεγαλο με γυαλινη προσοψη και αυτο ,κατεβαινει στους 22 και μενει εκει για πλακα, κρατωντας ολα τα ευπαθη προιοντα στον ευρυτερο χωρο του μαγαζιου, σε ανετες θερμοκρασιες για να μην αλλοιωνονται. προφανως η επιβαρυνση απο την αδιακοπη λειτουργια του κλιματιστικου, εξισοροπηθηκε και με το παραπανω απο την αλλαγη ψυγειων με αποτελεσμα να μας ερχεται περιπου 100 ευρω το μηνα μικροτερος λογαριασμος. εννοω δηλαδη οτι το κλιματιστικο δεν καιει και τιποτα για να κατεβει πολυ χαμηλα
αριστο προιον να μη το ματιασω :)

απο τον ιουνιο του 2020 μεχρι τωρα, δεν το εχουμε σταματησει ουτε λεπτο! ουτε για ενα βραδυ.
λειτουργια 24/7 !!
και παλιοτερα, ιδιαιτερα τις ζεστες μερες λειτουργουσε πολλες φορες ασταματητα για 2-3 μερες και το κλειναμε για κανα βραδυ, αλλά πλεον τον τελευταιο χρονο λειτουργει συνεχως καθως η δουλεια εχει ανεβει και τα προϊοντα τοσο στον ευρυτερο χωρο οσο και στα ψυγεια ειναι πολυ περισσοτερα.
μιλαμε ισως για τον απολυτο αρχοντα του κλιματισμου σε επαγγελματικο επιπεδο, οπου αντιμετωπιζει τα θερμικα φορτια και την ασταματητη λειτουργεια λες και κανει προπονηση :)

It's amazing. I have had it for a month and I have no complaints. It is quiet inside and outside. It's worth its money. The only downside is that you need to buy the wifi module separately, which is not included in the air conditioner. Other than that, it's perfect.
Είναι καταπληκτικό. Το έχω εδώ και έναν μήνα και δεν έχω κανένα παραπονο. Αθορυβο μέσα και έξω. Αξίζει τα χρήματα του. Το μόνο κακό είναι πως χρειάζεται να αγοράσεις και το wifi module το οποίο δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται στο κλιματιστικό. Κατά τα άλλα είναι τελειο.
I searched a lot and finally ended up with the "sígouraki", I bought it for 430+40 for the installation as a package from the same store. I had a Samsung, may God turn it into an air conditioner, it was like a fan with frozen water. The Bora now is the epitome of luxury, it looks expensive, it is super quiet at the 25 degrees that I like, and it has ten years ahead of it.
Έψαξα πολύ τελικά κατέληξα στο σίγουρακι, το πήρα 430+40 η εγκατάσταση σα πακέτο από το ίδιο κατάστημα. Είχα ένα samsung ο Θεός να το κάνει aircodition σαν ανεμιστήρας με παγωμένο νερό ήτανε. Το bora τώρα ειναι η επιτομή της πολυτέλειας, δείχνει ακριβό είναι σούπερ αθόρυβο στους 25 βαθμούς πού Μ αρέσει και έχει κ τα δέκα χρόνια μπροστά του.

The air conditioner is great. It heats a space of about 80 sqm without any problem at 22 degrees. The only negative thing I have to say is the really unacceptable Wi-Fi application. So far, I haven't been able to make it work properly. If Wi-Fi is a priority for you, then simply choose something else. They also charge an extra 30€ for it. If performance and energy efficiency are your priorities, then get it with your eyes closed. Also, the outdoor unit is BIG.... really BIG. Be careful if you have limited space. I haven't tried it for cooling yet, but if it works as well in heating, I imagine it will be amazing for cooling too!
Το κλιματιστικό είναι μπόμπα. Ζεσταίνει χώρο περίπου 80 τμ χωρίς πρόβλημα στους 22 βαθμούς. Το μόνο αρνητικό που έχω να πω είναι η πραγματικά απαράδεκτη εφαρμογή Wi-Fi. Μέχρι στιγμής δεν έχω καταφέρει να το κάνω να δουλέψει σωστά. Αν το Wi-Fi Είναι στις προτεραιότητες σας τότε απλά διαλέξτε κάτι άλλο. Το χρεώνουν και ένα 30€ παραπάνω κιόλας. Αν στις προτεραιότητες σας είναι η απόδοση και η οικονομία στην κατανάλωση τότε παρτε το με κλειστά τα μάτια. Επίσης η εξωτερική μονάδα είναι ΜΕΓΑΛΗ .... πραγματικά ΜΕΓΑΛΗ. Προσοχή σε όσους έχουν περιορισμένο χώρο. Σε ψύξη δε το έχω δοκιμασει ακόμα αλλά αν στην θέρμανση πάει τόσο καλά φαντάζομαι ότι στην ψύξη θα γαζωνει!!!!
Hello from me, I consider the air conditioner excellent so far.. It was installed on 23/12/17 and is used in heat mode. It heats comfortably at the auto setting of 20 C. in a living room kitchen of about 50 sqm. In the middle of the living room, there is a corridor of about 3 meters that leads to 3 small bedrooms and a bathroom. The hallway, bathroom, and one bedroom are also comfortably heated with the same setting. It provides quality warmth that, if you are not in front of the airflow, does not feel like air conditioning. It would be good if the position of the living room is not in front of the unit because the airflow is sufficient. I would also like to mention that according to the internal instructions of the machine for Greece, the heating efficiency is A+++. With all of the above, I am a satisfied buyer.. I hope to see something similar in the electricity bill as well!!
Γεια σας κι απο μένα,θεωρώ το κλιματιστικό έως αυτη την ώρα άριστο..τοποθετήθηκε στις 23/12/17 και χρησιμοποιείται στη ζέστη.Ζεσταίνει στη ρύθμιση auto 20 C. σαλόνι κουζίνα ~50τμ ανετότατα.Στη μέση του σαλονιού υπάρχει διάδρομος 3 μέτρων περίπου που καταλήγει σε 3μικρές κρεβατοκάμαρες και μπάνιο.Χολ,μπάνιο και μια κρεβατοκάμαρα ζεσταίνονται επίσης με την ίδια ρύθμιση άνετα. Ποιοτική ζέστη που αν δεν είσαι μπροστά στο ρεύμα του αέρα,δεν θυμίζει air-condition. Καλό θα είναι η θέση του σαλονιού να μην είναι μπροστά στη μονάδα γιατί η ροή του αέρα είναι αρκετή. Να αναφέρω επίσης ότι στις εσωτερικές οδηγίες του μηχανήματος για την Ελλάδα η απόδοση της θέρμανσης είναι Α+++ Με όλα τα παραπάνω είμαι ένας ευχαριστημένος αγοραστής..ελπίζω να δω κάτι ανάλογο και στο λογαριασμό του ρεύματος!!
Very good in both functions. Almost silent, the only thing that needs attention is the wifi module which was not included in the package and required communication with the company.

I used the air conditioner last year for heating in an 80 sqm house and the temperature reached 21 to 22 degrees without using the turbo function, and in air conditioning mode it reached up to 29 degrees even in the harsh winter. As for power consumption, it is minimal compared to its performance.

I bought the air conditioner (24000 btu) two weeks ago and I can say that it is an ergonomic, quiet machine with a sleek and sturdy design. It cools and heats immediately. It is one of the companies that provides an extra wifi module. The company is one of the largest air conditioning manufacturing factories in ZHUHAI, China. The biggest advantage is the 10-year warranty for the indoor and outdoor units. GOOD PURCHASES.

Το κλιματιστικό το χρησιμοποίησα πέρισυ για ζέστη σε σπίτι 80 τμ και η θερμοκρασία εφτανε στους 21 με 22 βαθμούς χωρίς την λειτουργία turbo και σε θερμοκρασια air condition μέχρι τους 29 βαθμούς και στον βαρύ χειμώνα. Οσο αφορά την κατανάλωση ρεύματος, ειναι ελάχιστη σε σχέση με την απόδοση του.

Το κλιματιστικό (24000 btu) το πήρα πριν δύο εβδομάδες και μπορώ να πω ότι είναι ένα εργονομικό αθορυβο μηχάνημα με κομψό και γερο σχεδιασμό. Αποδίδει άμεσα και στην ψύξη και στην θέρμανση. Purchased on 1/12/20. Since then, it has probably not been turned off at all. The house is from the '50s, without insulation and good windows, in Athens. It was purchased as an auxiliary heating device for the oil burner because it burns its guts. It has become equivalent to the burner in terms of heating. It effortlessly warms up 40 square meters at a temperature of 23 degrees!!!! With the snow a few days ago, it saved us. Logically, in the summer, for cooling, we will take the food out of the fridge to keep it frozen..........We shall see!!!

Εχει γινει ισάξιο του καυστήρα σε επιπεδο θέρμανσης. ζεσταίνει απροβλημάτιστα 40 τετραγωνικά, σε θερμοκρασία 23 βαθμών!!!! με τα χιόνια πριν λίγες μέρες, μας εβγαλε ασπροπρόσωπους. It performs very well in cooling and heating. The warranty is a big issue. I had a circuit board issue within 3 years and the company doesn't care. Unacceptable. I would not buy GREE again because the company is unreliable when it comes to warranties.

I got the 18btu for a 45sqm store with a 5m ceiling. It has amazing performance! My old air conditioner was a 12, not inverter. From June to September, I burned 300kw/h less compared to last year, even with double the hours of use! The ionizer (the tree on the remote control) is excellent. It softens the atmosphere and prevents a sore throat. Even in heating, which I tried a little in April, I was satisfied.
EDIT: 19/8/22. After years of use, it proved to be a perfect purchase for the store. I wouldn't buy it for home anymore as it doesn't have a silent speed (lower than the 1st), wifi, automatic cleaning, etc. Technology has advanced a lot.
Πήρα το 18btu για κατάστημα 45τμ με ταβάνι 5μ. Έχει φοβερή απόδοση! To παλιό μου κλιματιστικό ήταν 12άρι (όχι inverter). Το 4μηνο Ιουνίου-Σεπτεμβρίου έκαψα 300kw/h λιγότερες σε σχέση με πέρυσι και μάλιστα με διπλάσιες ώρες χρήσης! Ο ιονιστής (το δεντράκι στο τηλεκοντρόλ) είναι εξαιρετικός. Μαλακώνει η ατμόσφαιρα και δε σε πιάνει πονόλαιμος. Και στη θέρμανση που το δοκίμασα λίγο τον Απρίλιο, έμεινα ικανοποιημένος.
EDIT: 19/8/22. Μετά από χρόνια χρήσης αποδείχτηκε τέλεια αγορά για κατάστημα. Για σπίτι δε θα το αγόραζα πλέον καθώς δεν έχει silent ταχύτητα (μικρότερη απ'τη 1η), wifi, αυτόματο καθάρισμα κλπ. Προχώρησε πολύ η τεχνολογία.

The air conditioner was purchased only for cooling, so the review is accordingly. The machine quickly delivers cooling and generally has no operational issues. The only negative for me is that compared to a 9,000 BTU unit that I have in another room and was supposed to be in a higher category like the Amber series in Gree, there was a noticeable difference in comfort (noise, low consumption, etc). The noise of the internal fan never goes into silent mode because it simply doesn't exist. The unit's functions are basic. On the other hand, you only pay the extra cost for comfort, noise, etc without ever being able to offset it with energy savings.
Το κλιματιστικό αγοράστηκε μόνο για ψύξη οπότε και η κριτική είναι ανάλογη.
Αποδίδει γρήγορα την ψύξη το μηχάνημα και δεν έχει γενικά θέματα λειτουργίας.
Το μόνο αρνητικό για μένα είναι ότι σε σχέση με ένα 9.000btu που έχω σε άλλο χώρο και ήταν να το πω σε μια κατηγορία παραπάνω σαν σειρά (η αντίστοιχη amber στην gree) είχες αισθητή διαφορά σε άνεση (θόρυβος, χαμηλή κατανάλωση κλπ). Ο θόρυβος του εσωτερικού ανεμιστήρα δεν μπαίνει ποτέ σε silent mode γιατί απλά δεν υπάρχει. Είναι basic οι λειτουργίες της μονάδας. Από την άλλη το κόστος της κατηγορίας παραπάνω το δίνεις μόνο για θέματα άνεσης, θορύβου κλπ χωρίς ποτέ να μπορείς να αποσβέσεις από την διαφορά κατανάλωσης.

24,000 BTU was installed last year in the new store we went to, in which 4 (!) commercial refrigerators + 1 commercial freezer operate in the main area. Two of the refrigerators are even open type. You can imagine the heat emitted by all of these! There is a smaller space at the back with a kitchen and a toilet. The store's door is a glass showcase, with a significant gap in the glass, and a back door made of iron and glass. In between, there is a folding door that separates the store. Before this, at the beginning of summer, before the heatwaves started, the temperatures were terrible, to the point where the motors of the refrigerators would sometimes burn, especially on very hot days. Not to mention that you couldn't stand even with the doors open (transparent). And this was at the beginning of summer. We simply survived! It is high-quality, quiet, it had an older Gree 18 model that a friend had in her café, for years. So we bought the newer model ourselves. I am very satisfied, it is quiet, now with closed doors whether it's hot outside or not, whether all the refrigerators are working, it easily goes down to very low temperatures to the point where it's slightly cold. We usually set it at 26-27°C. It stays there comfortably, despite the heat emitted by the refrigerators. And of course, it cools down the back area. And it has a 10-year warranty. The only small flaw is that the timer on the remote control is easily pressed, resulting in it sometimes turning off on its own due to the activated timer because of an employee's carelessness. Many days during the summer, it works 24 hours a day! On the one hand, to protect the refrigerators, and on the other hand, to prevent other vulnerable products in the space from turning on. Logically, in a house, it will make it arctic and, moreover, quietly. Of course, it worked perfectly in the winter! Excellent performance! I don't know if it's suitable for a bedroom (quietness), although from what friends say, it is suitable for that too. But if you care about cooling with quiet operation for many years, this air conditioner is perfect!
Update of the review. July 2020.
A while ago, the two open-type refrigerators were replaced with a large closed-type one of class A+. Our refrigeration technician told us to set the air conditioner to 22-23°C if we want. And indeed, in the space with a professional freezer-showcase, two vertical professional refrigerators-showcases, and the new large one with a glass front, it goes down to 22°C and stays there easily, keeping all the vulnerable products in the wider space of the store at comfortable temperatures to prevent them from spoiling. Obviously, the load from the continuous operation of the air conditioner was balanced out by the refrigerator change, resulting in a monthly bill that is approximately 100 euros lower. I mean that the air conditioner doesn't consume much energy to reach very low temperatures. It's an excellent product that I highly recommend.

From June 2020 until now, we haven't stopped it for a single minute! Not even for one night. It operates 24/7!! And in the past, especially during hot days, it would often run continuously for 2-3 days, and we would turn it off for a night, but now, in the last year, it operates continuously because the workload has increased and there are many more products both in the wider space and in the refrigerators. We are talking about possibly the ultimate king of air conditioning at a professional level, where it handles the thermal loads and continuous operation as if it's training. An incredible machine!
24.000 btu τοποθετηθηκε περυσι στο νεο μαγαζι που πηγαμε, μεσα στο οποιο στον κυριως χωρο λειτουργουν 4 (!) επαγγελματικα ψυγεια + 1 επαγγελματικη καταψυξη. τα δυο απο τα ψυγεια ειναι μαλιστα ανοικτου τυπου. μπορειτε να φανταστειτε την θερμοτητα που εκλυουν ολα αυτα!
υπαρχει πισω μικροτερος χωρος με κουζινα και τουαλετα. πορτα του μαγαζιου τζαμι βιτρινας, με αρκετο διακενο σπο την βιτρινα, πισω πορτα σιδερενια-τζαμι. ενδιαμεσα υπαρχει πορτα φυσαρμονικα που χωριζει το μαγαζι.
πριν απο αυτο, αρχες καλοκαιριου, πριν αρχισουν οι καυσωνες, οι θερμοκρασιες ηταν φοβερες, σε σημειο που να καιγονται καποιες φορες τα μοτερ των ψυγειων ιδιαιτερα σε πολυ ζεστες μερες. ασε που δεν μπορουσες να σταθεις ουτε με τις πορτες ανοικτες (διαμπερες). κι αυτα αρχες καλοκαιριου.
Απλα σωθηκαμε! ποιοτικο, αθορυβο, ειχε ενα gree 18 αρι παλιοτερο μια φιλη στην καφετερεια της, σκυλι! για χρονια. ετσι αγοραστηκε και απο εμας το νεοτερο μοντελο.
ειμαι πολυ ευχαριστημενος, αθορυβο, πλεον με κλειστες πορτες ειτε εχει εξω καυσωνα ειτε οχι, ειτε δουλευουν ολα τα ψυγεια, κατεβαινει ευκολα σε πολυ χαμηλες θερμοκρασιες σε σημειο που να ψιλοκρυωνεις ευκολα. συνηθως το βαζουμε στο 26-27 C. ανετα μενει εκει, παρα την εκλυομενη θερμοτητα των ψυγειων. και φυσικα ψυχεται και ο πισω χωρος.
και 10 χρονια εγγυηση.
μικρη παραφωνια οτι στο τηλεκοντρολ ευκολα πατιεται ο χρονοδιακοπτης με αποτελεσμα καποιες φορες να κλεινει μονο του απο ενεργοποιημενο χρονοδιακοπτη λογω απροσεξιας υπαλληλου.
πολλες μερες το καλοκαιρι δουλευει 24 ωρες το 24ωρο!! αφενος για να προφυλλακτουν τα ψυγεια αφεταιρου για να μην αναψουν αλλα ευπαθη τροφιμα στο χωρο.
λογικα σε ενα σπιτι, θα το κανει αρκτικη και μαλιστα αθορυβα.
φυσικα το χειμωνα τα πηγε μια χαρα! πολιτισμος!!
δεν ξερω αν κανει για κρεβατοκαμαρα (ησυχια), αν και απο οτι λενε οι φιλοι εδω κανει και για αυτο, αν ομως σας νοιαζει η ψυξη με αθορυβη λειτουργια για πολλα χρονια, το κλιματιστικο ειναι τουμπανο!

επικαιροποιηση αξιολογησης . ιουλιος 2020
πριν λιγο καιρο, αλλαχτηκαν τα 2 ψυγεια ανοικτου τυπου με ενα μεγαλο κλειστου τυπου ταξης Α+. ο ψυκτικος μας ειπε να βαζουμε το κλιματιστικο χαλαρα στους 22-23 C αν θελουμε. και πραγματι στο χωρο με μια επαγγελματικη καταψυξη-βιτρινα, δυο καθετα επαγγελματικα ψυγεια-βιτρινα και το νεο μεγαλο με γυαλινη προσοψη και αυτο ,κατεβαινει στους 22 και μενει εκει για πλακα, κρατωντας ολα τα ευπαθη προιοντα στον ευρυτερο χωρο του μαγαζιου, σε ανετες θερμοκρασιες για να μην αλλοιωνονται. προφανως η επιβαρυνση απο την αδιακοπη λειτουργια του κλιματιστικου, εξισοροπηθηκε και με το παραπανω απο την αλλαγη ψυγειων με αποτελεσμα να μας ερχεται περιπου 100 ευρω το μηνα μικροτερος λογαριασμος. εννοω δηλαδη οτι το κλιματιστικο δεν καιει και τιποτα για να κατεβει πολυ χαμηλα
αριστο προιον να μη το ματιασω :)

απο τον ιουνιο του 2020 μεχρι τωρα, δεν το εχουμε σταματησει ουτε λεπτο! ουτε για ενα βραδυ.
λειτουργια 24/7 !!
και παλιοτερα, ιδιαιτερα τις ζεστες μερες λειτουργουσε πολλες φορες ασταματητα για 2-3 μερες και το κλειναμε για κανα βραδυ, αλλά πλεον τον τελευταιο χρονο λειτουργει συνεχως καθως η δουλεια εχει ανεβει και τα προϊοντα τοσο στον ευρυτερο χωρο οσο και στα ψυγεια ειναι πολυ περισσοτερα.
μιλαμε ισως για τον απολυτο αρχοντα του κλιματισμου σε επαγγελματικο επιπεδο, οπου αντιμετωπιζει τα θερμικα φορτια και την ασταματητη λειτουργεια λες και κανει προπονηση :)

Είναι καταπληκτικό. Το έχω εδώ και έναν μήνα και δεν έχω κανένα παραπονο. Αθορυβο μέσα και έξω. Αξίζει τα χρήματα του. Το μόνο κακό είναι πως χρειάζεται να αγοράσεις και το wifi module το οποίο δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται στο κλιματιστικό. Κατά τα άλλα είναι τελειο.
I searched a lot and finally ended up with the "sígouraki", I bought it for 430+40 for the installation as a package from the same store. I had a Samsung, may God turn it into an air conditioner, it was like a fan with frozen water. The Bora now is the epitome of luxury, it looks expensive, it is super quiet at the 25 degrees that I like, and it has ten years ahead of it.
Έψαξα πολύ τελικά κατέληξα στο σίγουρακι, το πήρα 430+40 η εγκατάσταση σα πακέτο από το ίδιο κατάστημα. Είχα ένα samsung ο Θεός να το κάνει aircodition σαν ανεμιστήρας με παγωμένο νερό ήτανε. Το bora τώρα ειναι η επιτομή της πολυτέλειας, δείχνει ακριβό είναι σούπερ αθόρυβο στους 25 βαθμούς πού Μ αρέσει και έχει κ τα δέκα χρόνια μπροστά του.

The air conditioner is great. It heats a space of about 80 sqm without any problem at 22 degrees. The only negative thing I have to say is the really unacceptable Wi-Fi application. So far, I haven't been able to make it work properly. If Wi-Fi is a priority for you, then simply choose something else. They also charge an extra 30€ for it. If performance and energy efficiency are your priorities, then get it with your eyes closed. Also, the outdoor unit is BIG.... really BIG. Be careful if you have limited space. I haven't tried it for cooling yet, but if it works as well in heating, I imagine it will be amazing for cooling too!
Το κλιματιστικό είναι μπόμπα. Ζεσταίνει χώρο περίπου 80 τμ χωρίς πρόβλημα στους 22 βαθμούς. Το μόνο αρνητικό που έχω να πω είναι η πραγματικά απαράδεκτη εφαρμογή Wi-Fi. Μέχρι στιγμής δεν έχω καταφέρει να το κάνω να δουλέψει σωστά. Αν το Wi-Fi Είναι στις προτεραιότητες σας τότε απλά διαλέξτε κάτι άλλο. Το χρεώνουν και ένα 30€ παραπάνω κιόλας. Αν στις προτεραιότητες σας είναι η απόδοση και η οικονομία στην κατανάλωση τότε παρτε το με κλειστά τα μάτια. Επίσης η εξωτερική μονάδα είναι ΜΕΓΑΛΗ .... πραγματικά ΜΕΓΑΛΗ. Προσοχή σε όσους έχουν περιορισμένο χώρο. Σε ψύξη δε το έχω δοκιμασει ακόμα αλλά αν στην θέρμανση πάει τόσο καλά φαντάζομαι ότι στην ψύξη θα γαζωνει!!!!
Hello from me, I consider the air conditioner excellent so far.. It was installed on 23/12/17 and is used in heat mode. It heats comfortably at the auto setting of 20 C. in a living room kitchen of about 50 sqm. In the middle of the living room, there is a corridor of about 3 meters that leads to 3 small bedrooms and a bathroom. The hallway, bathroom, and one bedroom are also comfortably heated with the same setting. It provides quality warmth that, if you are not in front of the airflow, does not feel like air conditioning. It would be good if the position of the living room is not in front of the unit because the airflow is sufficient. I would also like to mention that according to the internal instructions of the machine for Greece, the heating efficiency is A+++. With all of the above, I am a satisfied buyer.. I hope to see something similar in the electricity bill as well!!
Γεια σας κι απο μένα,θεωρώ το κλιματιστικό έως αυτη την ώρα άριστο..τοποθετήθηκε στις 23/12/17 και χρησιμοποιείται στη ζέστη.Ζεσταίνει στη ρύθμιση auto 20 C. σαλόνι κουζίνα ~50τμ ανετότατα.Στη μέση του σαλονιού υπάρχει διάδρομος 3 μέτρων περίπου που καταλήγει σε 3μικρές κρεβατοκάμαρες και μπάνιο.Χολ,μπάνιο και μια κρεβατοκάμαρα ζεσταίνονται επίσης με την ίδια ρύθμιση άνετα. Ποιοτική ζέστη που αν δεν είσαι μπροστά στο ρεύμα του αέρα,δεν θυμίζει air-condition. Καλό θα είναι η θέση του σαλονιού να μην είναι μπροστά στη μονάδα γιατί η ροή του αέρα είναι αρκετή. Να αναφέρω επίσης ότι στις εσωτερικές οδηγίες του μηχανήματος για την Ελλάδα η απόδοση της θέρμανσης είναι Α+++ Με όλα τα παραπάνω είμαι ένας ευχαριστημένος αγοραστής..ελπίζω να δω κάτι ανάλογο και στο λογαριασμό του ρεύματος!!
Very good in both functions. Almost silent, the only thing that needs attention is the wifi module which was not included in the package and required communication with the company.

I used the air conditioner last year for heating in an 80 sqm house and the temperature reached 21 to 22 degrees without using the turbo function, and in air conditioning mode it reached up to 29 degrees even in the harsh winter. As for power consumption, it is minimal compared to its performance.

I bought the air conditioner (24000 btu) two weeks ago and I can say that it is an ergonomic, quiet machine with a sleek and sturdy design. It cools and heats immediately. It is one of the companies that provides an extra wifi module. The company is one of the largest air conditioning manufacturing factories in ZHUHAI, China. The biggest advantage is the 10-year warranty for the indoor and outdoor units. GOOD PURCHASES.

Το κλιματιστικό το χρησιμοποίησα πέρισυ για ζέστη σε σπίτι 80 τμ και η θερμοκρασία εφτανε στους 21 με 22 βαθμούς χωρίς την λειτουργία turbo και σε θερμοκρασια air condition μέχρι τους 29 βαθμούς και στον βαρύ χειμώνα. Οσο αφορά την κατανάλωση ρεύματος, ειναι ελάχιστη σε σχέση με την απόδοση του.

Το κλιματιστικό (24000 btu) το πήρα πριν δύο εβδομάδες και μπορώ να πω ότι είναι ένα εργονομικό αθορυβο μηχάνημα με κομψό και γερο σχεδιασμό. Αποδίδει άμεσα και στην ψύξη και στην θέρμανση. Είναι μια από τις εταιρίες που παρέχει και wifi module έξτρα. Η εταιρία είναι ένα απο τα μεγαλύτερα εργοστάσια παραγωγής κλιματιστικών στο ZHUHAI

Purchased on 1/12/20. Since then, it has probably not been turned off at all. The house is from the '50s, without insulation and good windows, in Athens. It was purchased as an auxiliary heating device for the oil burner because it burns its guts. It has become equivalent to the burner in terms of heating. It effortlessly warms up 40 square meters at a temperature of 23 degrees!!!! With the snow a few days ago, it saved us. Logically, in the summer, for cooling, we will take the food out of the fridge to keep it frozen..........We shall see!!!

Update: Evaluation for cooling as well.... Summer 2022...the air conditioner at 29 degrees (with an outside temperature of 38-40) and there was a pleasant coolness in the room, which even spread to the other rooms!!!! Of course, the temperature was not the same, but there was no heat.
Αγοράστηκε 1/12/20. Απο τοτε παιζει να μην εχει κλεισει καθολου. το σπιτι ειναι του '50, χωρις μόνωση και καλα κουφώματα, στην Αθήνα. Αγοράστηκε ως βοηθητικό μεσο θέρμανσης στον καυστήρα πετρελαίου, γιατι καίει τα άντερά του. Εχει γινει ισάξιο του καυστήρα σε επιπεδο θέρμανσης. ζεσταίνει απροβλημάτιστα 40 τετραγωνικά, σε θερμοκρασία 23 βαθμών!!!! με τα χιόνια πριν λίγες μέρες, μας εβγαλε ασπροπρόσωπους. Λογικα το καλοκαιρι, στην ψυξη, θα βγάζουμε τα τρόφιμα απο το ψυγειο για να τα κρατάει παγωμένα..........Ιδωμεν!!!
Θα επιστρέψω με edit το καλοκαίρι, αν το θυμηθώ.
Update: Αξιολόγηση και στην ψύξη.... Καλοκαίρι 2022...το κλιματιστικό στους 29 βαθμους (με εξωτερική θερμοκρασία 38-40) και στον χωρο υπηρχε μια ευχάριστη δροσιά, η οποία μάλιστα πήγαινε και στα υπόλοιπα δωμάτια!!!! Φυσικα η θερμοκρασία δεν ηταν η ιδια, αλλα δεν ειχε ζεστη.
It performs very well in cooling and heating. The warranty is a big issue. I had a circuit board issue within 3 years and the company doesn't care. Unacceptable. I would not buy GREE again because the company is unreliable when it comes to warranties.

Very good in cooling performance and power saving, literally freezing without the air conditioner working continuously, just be careful where you buy it from and make sure they explain to you exactly what they mean by 10 years warranty and under what conditions... Because Gree says one thing and does another...

Very good air conditioner in terms of cooling, which I tried... not exactly quiet, but not annoying either. The Wi-Fi application is laughable and tear-inducing, just like most Chinese grab-and-go software of this kind.
Πάρα πολύ καλό κλιματιστικό στην ψύξη που το δοκίμασα... αθόρυβο δεν το λες αλλά δεν είναι και ενοχλητικό. Η εφαρμογή του wi-fi του είναι για γέλια και για κλάματα, όπως τα περισσότερα Κινέζικα άρπα-κόλα λογισμικά αυτού του είδους.
I got the 18btu for a 45sqm store with a 5m ceiling. It has amazing performance! My old air conditioner was a 12, not inverter. From June to September, I burned 300kw/h less compared to last year, even with double the hours of use! The ionizer (the tree on the remote control) is excellent. It softens the atmosphere and prevents a sore throat. Even in heating, which I tried a little in April, I was satisfied.
EDIT: 19/8/22. After years of use, it proved to be a perfect purchase for the store. I wouldn't buy it for home anymore as it doesn't have a silent speed (lower than the 1st), wifi, automatic cleaning, etc. Technology has advanced a lot.
Πήρα το 18btu για κατάστημα 45τμ με ταβάνι 5μ. Έχει φοβερή απόδοση! To παλιό μου κλιματιστικό ήταν 12άρι (όχι inverter). Το 4μηνο Ιουνίου-Σεπτεμβρίου έκαψα 300kw/h λιγότερες σε σχέση με πέρυσι και μάλιστα με διπλάσιες ώρες χρήσης! Ο ιονιστής (το δεντράκι στο τηλεκοντρόλ) είναι εξαιρετικός. Μαλακώνει η ατμόσφαιρα και δε σε πιάνει πονόλαιμος. Και στη θέρμανση που το δοκίμασα λίγο τον Απρίλιο, έμεινα ικανοποιημένος.
EDIT: 19/8/22. Μετά από χρόνια χρήσης αποδείχτηκε τέλεια αγορά για κατάστημα. Για σπίτι δε θα το αγόραζα πλέον καθώς δεν έχει silent ταχύτητα (μικρότερη απ'τη 1η), wifi, αυτόματο καθάρισμα κλπ. Προχώρησε πολύ η τεχνολογία.
