φυσικά δεν υπάρχει κανένα πρόβλημα και όταν το ξαναβάζεις την πρίζα σε δευτερόλεπτα επανέρχεται όπως πριν

Ναι βέβαια. Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση θα έπρεπε να το ξαναρυθμίζεις σε κάθε διακοπή ρεύματος. Εγώ πολλές φορές το κλείνω και το ανοίγω όποτε το χρειάζομαι χωρίς πρόβλημα.
