The expiration date is 2028, so I tend to believe that due to poor storage or handling, a defective product was delivered that cannot have the corresponding performance.

    So based on the above, I can't give more than 3 stars.

    So, like someone else in the comments, the powder showed some more intense color spots. I realized it late, but every time I took it, it sent me to the bathroom. Kind of like a laxative. During training, I noticed a difference, but you definitely have to take 2 scoops. The flavor (green apple) is okay, sour, but it never bothered me. However, as soon as I realized it put me in this situation, I stopped using it.

    It does its job but I have tried better ones. The green apple flavor feels heavy on my stomach. Also, it seems to me that the pure citrulline is less than it should be

    The worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. You can't get a more extreme sour and sweet taste. Plus, it bothers your stomach incredibly. Plus, it contains sucralose and other toxic colorants/sweeteners.

    However, it does give serious pump, regardless of the terrible taste. Just get the unflavored one. Applied Nutrition has better citrulline with a 2:1 ratio and not 1:1.

    The review is about the apple flavor. Taste-wise, it's quite good, it reminds me of apple, and from that perspective, it gets 5 stars (compared to other reviews regarding other flavors).

    As for performance, I haven't noticed any difference. I don't know what it might be due to, but perhaps the product wasn't stored properly (see photo where there is a strange yellowing on the surface). The expiration date is 2028, so I tend to believe that due to poor storage or handling, a defective product was delivered that cannot have the corresponding performance.

    So based on the above, I can't give more than 3 stars.
