What do users say? AI-generated summary

The overall picture is mixed: many find it practical and affordable, and appreciate it as a simple phone for basic use. It is also said to be suitable for older people who don’t need to use complex features. However, several reviewers mention incomplete or English-only instructions and reliability problems, with some devices or buttons arriving broken.

There are no instructions for use, there is not even anything online to find, we have no idea how to manage the menu if there is one and how it saves numbers. It is a simple phone that you just pick up and call.

Very reliable device and very affordable. The downside is that it only has instructions in English, and if you don't know it very well, you don't fully understand its function and can't take advantage of all its capabilities, staying at the basics. You can find translated instructions on the internet, but using Google translation doesn't help much.

Worst purchase I have made. Button 8 came broken, stuck down. When closing the headset, it makes a strange noise that lasts for 10 seconds. The phone smells like the worst plastic I have ever smelled. The speakerphone is excessively loud and you can't have any privacy because it doesn't lower the volume. I wanted to hear it, not the whole neighborhood. I'm looking for how to return it.
