The Tradition of Greek Cuisine is not just another simple and conventional cookbook. The 76 recipes presented in this book have been selected after a long period of research, based on the criteria of authenticity both of the ingredients used and of the preparation techniques.

These recipes come from all regions of Greece; however, some of them remind us of the flavors of Hellenic communities that lie beyond our borders.

In many cases, we took special care to give a modern presentation to traditional Greek dishes in order to demonstrate that our gastronomic past can have an exceptional future.
