L-Mesitran Tulle adhesive dressings are hydroactive and synthetic, impregnated with L-Mesitran Soft antibacterial ointment, which contains 40% medical-grade honey. They are intended for superficial and partial-thickness ulcers with low to moderate exudate, as well as first- and second-degree burns.
They can also be used on postoperative wounds and donor sites, as well as secondary dressings over ointments to maintain a moist wound environment. They should be used together with an absorbent dressing.
