Description

4 cooking modes

  • Function "top-bottom": We bake dishes with vegetables such as stuffed vegetables, eggplants with tomato and feta, imam bayildi, briam, pies, and also sweets.
  • Function "top": We use the top heating element when we want to give a little color to our food at the end of baking. For example, if we are making roasted potatoes that are cooked inside but haven't browned, we place them under the top heating element for about ten minutes to get a golden-brown color.
  • Function "bottom": We use the bottom heating element when we want the bottom part of our food to cook a bit more. When baking a pie and the crust at the bottom is still not fully cooked, we place it on the bottom heating element for intensive baking at the bottom of the tray.
  • Function "air": We use the air function when we want to bake the food evenly in a warm layer of air. Ideally, we bake pastitsio and moussaka with the air function, as these are dishes with a substantial amount of food in the tray that needs to be cooked without drying out.
