After numerous 18650 LG and Sony batteries with 3000mAh, I will never go back. The main reason is that you can quickly determine if they are authentic (by scratching the corresponding point to reveal the code, which you can check on the company's website). Personally, I got tired of blindly buying "branded" 3000mAh batteries only to end up with 2000mAh or less. Out of the 10 batteries I have, only 2 from LG seemed to be original, and even after 5 years of continuous use, they are still close to 2200mAh. Moving on.

I measured both batteries in 3 charging/discharging cycles to get an idea. First of all, with these batteries, I got 740 to 792 puffs (each puff lasting at least 5 seconds), at 6W which is what I vape at (Innokin Zenith 1.6Ω, my e-cigs measure it at 1.7-1.74Ω). Under the exact same conditions, all my other batteries barely reach 500 puffs.

The first 2 cycles were exclusively done with the Lost Vape Grus. As soon as it showed "Low Battery," I would recharge them and start over. The Xtar VC4 showed 3026 and 3002mAh for #1, and 3052 and 3027mAh for #2.

After a suspicion (which was eventually confirmed), in the 3rd cycle, after 600 puffs, I used the batteries in the Aegis Solo 100W (same atomizer with the same resistance and watts) and continued vaping until it showed "Low Battery," then immediately charged them with the Xtar VC4 at 1A. And magically, both batteries showed 3151mAh (yes, exactly the same number for both batteries, I have attached photos). For puffs with these specific resistances and watts, the e-cigarette should deliver 3.22V (see photo from the Aegis screen). For some reason, the Lost Vape Grus "gives up" earlier (either it requires more volts or it miscalculates the existing ones, but it doesn't matter, the reverse may apply to the Aegis or the Grus may want to protect the batteries by leaving them with a little more "juice," who knows). The Xtar always started at 3.5V in all cases (see photo).

I believe that when they were taken out of the Aegis, the voltage was around 3.1-3.2V, obviously we are never talking about 100% discharged batteries from e-cigarettes at least. So, it makes sense that when the batteries were taken out of the Aegis, they were at around 10% or about 13% according to the Grus, so they are easily real 3500mAh.

I have nothing else to comment on. If anything new arises regarding their performance, issues, durability, etc., I will update.

After three months of use and charging with the XTAR VC2, both batteries that I purchased for use in an electronic cigarette have decreased their endurance by half. From one day to another, they lose their charge in about 6 hours...

  • I got a Sony battery with a Geek Vape Sollo3 mod. In the morning, I put it in the mod, and by noon, when it said 50%, it suddenly showed that I had no battery. This happened for a week. I went to the store, and the guys gave me another one of the same brand without any problem, in its box. I put it in, and again the same thing happened. Then I decided to get this 3500ah one. The battery is okay. It lasts me a day and doesn't die at 50%. I got two more to have, sometimes I need two batteries if I use it at night. I want to emphasize that I've had it for 2 weeks, so I can't have an opinion on reliability in the long run. I will come back for an update

Purchased two together in a package three days ago. After three charges, I didn't even see them reach 3,000 mah, let alone the 3,500 of their nominal capacity. They range around 2,750-2,800 mah. However, according to the code, they are genuine products. We'll see how long these last.

They were purchased for a NITECORE flashlight and look excellent.
They are IMR deep discharge and this is a very big advantage for longevity.
The careful packaging they come in makes a great impression.
The quality of construction is clearly evident.
With a measuring device, they are exactly as they say without any losses.
However, when we talk about batteries of any type, the best judge is time.

After intense use for 4 months on the Voopoo Argus GTII, with vaping at 80-85 watts, I notice that when I charge them in an external charger and then place them in the mod, their percentage is about 92% each, while in the mod they reach 100%. Their performance seems to have dropped slightly noticeably, as they now discharge faster.

I charge them with about 20% and the charger shows that they reached around 2600. So they are definitely close to the 3500 they claim. I believe 3100-3200. They last all day comfortably from morning until evening on the aspire zelo X with 0.7 resistance at 13w. At 23:00, I still have 30% left. That's with heavy usage... some other batteries I had, probably Samsung, were dead by 21:00. And they claimed to be 3000. Very good choice, they are worth it!

Edit: I always charged them with a nitecore charger and had the above results. I tried charging directly with a cable and had exactly the same results. That's also good.

After one month of use, I am updating with the following:
Using on Geek Vape Aegis 2 mod at 15w with Innokin's 0.8 z-coil, they last about 4-5 days and have around 1000-1300 puffs. These results are after 3 full charge-discharge cycles. They have not been exclusively tested with a DTL atomizer yet. I will provide an update as soon as I have more information.

Good batteries. I use them in an electronic cigarette (2 x 18650), they last 1.5 days at 50W and exactly 1 day at 75W. The only downside is that the capacity is incorrect, as is the case with all batteries in this category. Pay attention to what charger you will use to charge them. The batteries are Li-Mn type or IMR, the charger must be compatible.

When I put them in the XTAR X2, the indication was at 20% and relatively quickly went to 40%, so I assume it was over 30% at the beginning. In the end, the indication was around 2320 and 2290 for the 2 batteries in the pack. Logically, the total capacity is therefore close to 3500mAh. I have no complaints. I use them in flashlights.

I think they are good 3300, not 3500. I also want to add that authenticity is something that CANNOT be verified. Imagine that I make fake batteries. I can make them the same size, color, and wording on the side, and I can't copy the authenticity code? From a genuine one that I have bought, I copy the code to 1000 fake batteries, I put them on the market, and everything is super. If I copy the entire product in the code, will I get caught?

However, when we talk about batteries of any type, the best judge is time.

After intense use for 4 months on the Voopoo Argus GTII, with vaping at 80-85 watts, I notice that when I charge them in an external charger and then place them in the mod, their percentage is about 92% each, while in the mod they reach 100%. Their performance seems to have dropped slightly noticeably, as they now discharge faster.

Within a week, the performance dropped tremendously. They no longer hold even a 20ml puff at 70 watts. I do not recommend them, not even as a joke

Good batteries .. however, I don't see any difference with the cheaper Samsung 35E ones, neither in terms of usage nor in the capacity that the charger reads.

They are definitely not worth their money. In terms of battery life, they only last a few hours while other cheaper ones last longer. They also lack power

I have it for an electronic cigarette. I often forget to charge it. Here I caught a bad sore throat and I had stopped using it for two months and it hadn't decreased at all. With full usage, it easily lasts me ten days.

After a bad experience with the Sony VTC6 18650 3000mAh batteries, I got these ones and the differences are double... Argus gt with zeus nano 25w (Sony=380 puffs, Efest in the same set 700+ puffs... They also have a scratch check for authenticity and you can check on the website if they are genuine

  • Purchased two together in a package three days ago. After three charges, I didn't even see them reach 3,000 mah, let alone the 3,500 of their nominal capacity. They range around 2,750-2,800 mah. However, according to the code, they are genuine products. We'll see how long these last.

  • They were purchased for a NITECORE flashlight and look excellent.
They are IMR deep discharge and this is a very big advantage for longevity.
