    Good performance, especially the dehumidification provides ideal cooling in humid climates during the summer. However, the heating causes so many contractions and expansions that the sound of breaking plastic becomes excessively annoying! I do not recommend it, considering the brand and the money spent. There is no noise caused during cooling. The solution that was found was "lubrication of points," which significantly reduced the noise, although it is an extra cost.
    Adding a new comment: The company suggested changing the internal unit and sent me a new one, unfortunately, the machine has a similar sound behavior from the contractions-expansions during heating operation (slightly reduced sound, but still annoying). Also, the cost of refilling fluids is not included in the warranty, and I will probably need a new lubrication of points.

    Owner of an 18000 btu air conditioner purchased for 750€.
    Amazing machine with excellent cooling performance and many functions. Heating has not been used.

    Let's move on to the noise part. Having read many comments here about noise, I was quite skeptical before buying it. But due to the price and the advice of a friend who is a refrigeration technician, I bought it. Proper installation plays a very important role in noise. Where the outdoor unit will be placed and the length of the pipes. The outdoor unit is not audible at all. The indoor unit, obviously, the higher the fan speed, the louder the noise. In low or quiet mode, the machine is quiet.

    These are my thoughts after 3 months of use. If anything changes in the future, we'll see...

    After a month of testing in heating mode (city of installation Ioannina) and with relatively good insulation, the Inventor Nemesis Pro N2VI32 - 18WiFi/ N2VO32 - 18 performs very well, I would say. The indoor unit works without much noise, in silent mode it is almost silent. However, the outdoor unit is quite bulky, at least compared to the Toshiba Seiya RAS-B18J2KVG-E/RAS-18J2AVG-E that I already use in another space, and unfortunately it is quite audible in the outdoor area (the above Toshiba Seiya model is almost silent). In the indoor area, of course, the sound of the outdoor unit is not heard at all, but as I mentioned earlier, the insulation in terms of sound is very good.
    Overall, I am very satisfied so far and I mainly wrote this review to emphasize that the outdoor unit produces quite a bit of noise, as the comments I read before acquiring it had concerned me regarding the noise of the outdoor unit.
    * The moderate noise in my evaluation is mainly attributed to the noise produced by the outdoor unit.

    I have used the air conditioner for cooling in a 40+ sqm room and it is quite satisfactory. Additionally, at 26 degrees with the fan on maximum, it manages to lower the temperature in another room (reaching the hallway). HOWEVER, its wifi does not work. I have tried with 3 routers (netfaster, zte, thomson) and it only managed to connect once with the Thomson. Furthermore, while the manual is for models of this series, many of the functions are NOT supported even though there are corresponding buttons on the keyboard. It goes without saying that it is not mentioned anywhere in the manual, I was told this by their support. I believe that with a little more money, you can get something better, I was just attracted by the 10-year warranty - which is void if you don't do maintenance every year. Also, the manual is poorly written. Even the translations make no sense, it's like Google Translate from Chinese.

    I have had it for about two months. With insulated roof in a village, it heats up the living room (50m2) from 14 to 19 degrees Celsius in one hour, while outside it is 8 to 10 degrees. It struggles a bit higher up because of the insulated roof. Negatively, it has the following issues. Firstly, the application "ewpe" on the mobile phone is slow and it bothers me that I have 2 applications for 3 inventors. (I also have the old Aria 9000 and Nemesis 12000). Secondly, it does not have the "follow me" feature on the remote control that the old inventors had, and it has the "I feel" feature that I do not like at all. Thirdly, when you turn it off, the plastic parts make noise for about 15 minutes due to temperature expansion-contraction. Lastly, and most importantly, even on the first fan speed, it makes a noise that is annoying, and I say this having a 4-year-old noisy child.

    Good performance, especially the dehumidification provides ideal cooling in humid climates during the summer. However, the heating causes so many contractions and expansions that the sound of breaking plastic becomes excessively annoying! I do not recommend it, considering the brand and the money spent. There is no noise caused during cooling. The solution that was found was "lubrication of points," which significantly reduced the noise, although it is an extra cost.
    Adding a new comment: The company suggested changing the internal unit and sent me a new one, unfortunately, the machine has a similar sound behavior from the contractions-expansions during heating operation (slightly reduced sound, but still annoying). Also, the cost of refilling fluids is not included in the warranty, and I will probably need a new lubrication of points.

    Owner of an 18000 btu air conditioner purchased for 750€.
    Amazing machine with excellent cooling performance and many functions. Heating has not been used.

    Let's move on to the noise part. Having read many comments here about noise, I was quite skeptical before buying it. But due to the price and the advice of a friend who is a refrigeration technician, I bought it. Proper installation plays a very important role in noise. Where the outdoor unit will be placed and the length of the pipes. The outdoor unit is not audible at all. The indoor unit, obviously, the higher the fan speed, the louder the noise. In low or quiet mode, the machine is quiet.

    These are my thoughts after 3 months of use. If anything changes in the future, we'll see...

    After a month of testing in heating mode (city of installation Ioannina) and with relatively good insulation, the Inventor Nemesis Pro N2VI32 - 18WiFi/ N2VO32 - 18 performs very well, I would say. The indoor unit works without much noise, in silent mode it is almost silent. However, the outdoor unit is quite bulky, at least compared to the Toshiba Seiya RAS-B18J2KVG-E/RAS-18J2AVG-E that I already use in another space, and unfortunately it is quite audible in the outdoor area (the above Toshiba Seiya model is almost silent). In the indoor area, of course, the sound of the outdoor unit is not heard at all, but as I mentioned earlier, the insulation in terms of sound is very good.
    Overall, I am very satisfied so far and I mainly wrote this review to emphasize that the outdoor unit produces quite a bit of noise, as the comments I read before acquiring it had concerned me regarding the noise of the outdoor unit.
    * The moderate noise in my evaluation is mainly attributed to the noise produced by the outdoor unit.

    I have used the air conditioner for cooling in a 40+ sqm room and it is quite satisfactory. Additionally, at 26 degrees with the fan on maximum, it manages to lower the temperature in another room (reaching the hallway). HOWEVER, its wifi does not work. I have tried with 3 routers (netfaster, zte, thomson) and it only managed to connect once with the Thomson. Furthermore, while the manual is for models of this series, many of the functions are NOT supported even though there are corresponding buttons on the keyboard. It goes without saying that it is not mentioned anywhere in the manual, I was told this by their support. I believe that with a little more money, you can get something better, I was just attracted by the 10-year warranty - which is void if you don't do maintenance every year. Also, the manual is poorly written. Even the translations make no sense, it's like Google Translate from Chinese.

    I have had it for about two months. With insulated roof in a village, it heats up the living room (50m2) from 14 to 19 degrees Celsius in one hour, while outside it is 8 to 10 degrees. It struggles a bit higher up because of the insulated roof. Negatively, it has the following issues. Firstly, the application "ewpe" on the mobile phone is slow and it bothers me that I have 2 applications for 3 inventors. (I also have the old Aria 9000 and Nemesis 12000). Secondly, it does not have the "follow me" feature on the remote control that the old inventors had, and it has the "I feel" feature that I do not like at all. Thirdly, when you turn it off, the plastic parts make noise for about 15 minutes due to temperature expansion-contraction. Lastly, and most importantly, even on the first fan speed, it makes a noise that is annoying, and I say this having a 4-year-old noisy child.
