This is a basic top handle that does its job perfectly. It is sturdy, easy to install and remove with the 2 screws, either by hand or with the included Allen wrench. You can add more accessories on top as it has screw holes everywhere, and it also has a very convenient cold shoe in the front, allowing you to quickly and easily attach a monitor or microphone for a simple run n' gun setup. Personally, I mounted it on a cage and the whole setup is very stable and safe. If I were to change something, it would be the shape to be slightly different in the front, so that you can place your hand further in front of the point where it attaches to the cage. Depending on the setup and camera you use, the top handle might be primarily located at the back of the camera, potentially affecting the balance of the rig or obstructing the camera screen, especially if it is a fixed type. Nevertheless, at least for its price, it is a very decent choice and I can't complain about anything. After all, the design, etc. is something that you should have studied and decided if it suits you or not, so it is not the responsibility of the manufacturer or the product. Ultimately, I highly recommend it, especially as a relatively low-cost and high-quality option.
