I don't like Vermouth, nor am I a fan of Martini, but this is a category of its own! Not too sweet, perfectly aromatic, wonderful taste! It's not for negroni!!! Just plain chilled! With chunky ice or perfectly paired with gin botanicals and classic tonic.

It doesn't do anything for Negroni... at the same time, me and another customer were asking the bartender what vermouth he used. Too bad. It might be nice, but I didn't drink it straight... (I don't drink sweet vermouth straight either), but in Negroni, it DOES NOT ....
And for Negroni lovers... VERONI made a perfect Negroni for me.
Otherwise, just so I don't get misunderstood. I don't know in general if it's good quality straight or in general. But it doesn't work for Negroni at all. I've stopped going to places that use it because it's convenient for them as cheap... probably. However, it completely ruins a fantastic cocktail.

With plenty of ice, it becomes a very tasty and refreshing drink. No comparison to other vermouths that are usually available
