They replaced the previous speakers I had from the same company, after 17 years. A pretty good choice for someone who is not looking to set up the ultimate sound system in the car but just wants to listen to clear music. Quite a bit lighter compared to the previous ones, which means less strain on the parcel shelf, also a positive.

If you are looking for speakers that won't weigh down your car's shelf and want to have a decent music volume without distortion, then the Pioneer ones are sufficient. I have connected them directly to the source without an amplifier and they do their job just fine.

Very powerful speakers, very strong in the highs, very strong in the mids, and the high bass is quite satisfactory. Low bass they obviously cannot have due to size. They are incredibly lightweight, which I did not expect. I used them in a system that has a subwoofer, and they work perfectly because I don't need them to produce any low bass at all. The installation is very easy, there are wires included that do not require soldering and screws, but there is no indication of which is positive and which is negative, which requires attention. Overall, for the money, they are an amazing choice.

Extremely good speakers, very good value for money. It is a small but very satisfactory upgrade and we are always talking about a budget solution as you can see. I will add another 2, for a total of 4, but it depends on everyone's needs and preferences. Personally, with 4 speakers, a 12-inch subwoofer, and 6.5-inch door speakers, I am completely satisfied. For their price, they are always impressively honest. I replaced my old pioneer speakers that literally lasted 20 years. Of course, the new ones are cheaper in construction and have a noticeably smaller magnet (with all that entails), but nevertheless their performance is satisfactory in the highs and mids, producing a decent mid bass (don't expect deep low bass, that's the job of more specific speakers and subs). It should be noted that the source you run them through (if there is no amplifier) also plays a huge role, as when I changed the source from the old pioneer to a more modern alpine and adjusted accordingly, they truly became different speakers.

I have been using them for the past two years in my car for simple everyday use and I can say that I have been quite satisfied with their performance relative to their cheap purchase price. They are quite high-quality and have a strong bass.

The speakers are good. The performance and quality they produce are very good relative to the price.
The only negative (which is not negative for everyone) is that due to their small magnet, they do not have good bass at all. Their bass is not deep

I got these speakers and I have placed them back until 45, they play clearly with a relatively good radio and with good settings

They were installed in a 5-door car (dashboard), with a pioneer DMH-G220BT source. The sound is impeccable with bass and midrange and treble and volume almost up to the maximum without getting muffled. What impressed me is the volume of the midrange and the bass that the factory ones couldn't provide as much as these! The capabilities of the source are many (separate polarity for each speaker, equalizer, extra bass, loudness 3 levels, etc.) so the sound can be adjusted according to personal preference. There are also factory front speakers in the doors, specifically for the tweeters, adjusted with some attenuation, but they will probably be replaced with round ones (from the same company). Respect Pioneer!!!!!!

I use them with a Pioneer amplifier and source. They are extremely lightweight for the shelf with a very satisfactory and clear sound even when I turn up the volume. I don't want to be heard in the next room, I just want to have something reliable, so I believe that these specific ones are worth their money and more!

For my ear, it is a mediocre speaker with average volume. They play well, but the problem starts above 6 on the radio. There, we have distortion and sound muffling.

I was looking for speakers for the back! Without having to use an amplifier! If you want sound for your party, then don't think about it!! With a good source, they are decent!!
