I bought this air conditioner from a store and in two and a half years, it had a leak of R32 refrigerant in the indoor unit near the circuit board... I went to the store and they told me to contact the Toyotomi dealership with the receipt... There, they told me that the warranty does not cover it, probably due to material failure... 1 in 1000 from the factory... The most useless ones are ultimately Toyotomi, which I decided to buy... Πήρα το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό από κατάστημα και στα δυόμισι χρόνια είχε διαρροή r32 φρεον στην εσωτερική μονάδα κοντά στην πλακέτα...πήρα στο κατάστημα και μου είπαν να πάρω στην αντιπροσωπεία toyotomi με την απόδειξη...εκεί μου είπαν δεν καλύπτει η εγγύηση μάλλον αστοχία υλικού φυσιολογική φθορά...1 στα 1000 από το εργοστάσιο.......τα πιο άχρηστα είναι τελικά είναι toyotomi που είπα να πάρω...τα άλλα που έχω Daikin..μακριά από toyotomi 1 χρόνο εγγύηση είπε η αντιπροσωπεία.....σε όλα τα μοντέλα...

I have 2X Toyotomi 12000 btq Hiro for 17 months in my country house, in two rooms of 14 sqm each. There is no insulation, only windows, only the terrace has good insulation with polyurethane panels. The total area is 55 sqm including the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom have the same temperature as the rooms after 6 hours of use. With outside temperatures at 10 and inside at 16, in 2 hours the temperature is 21 and in 4 hours the temperature is 24, measured with a laser gun on the structural elements of the house (ceiling, floor, walls). In summer, outside is 36 and inside is 24. In two hours of measurement with the laser on all structural elements, it is covered and the air conditioner is calm and quiet. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, it did not create any problems, and all usage is done through the mobile phone, even programming. After this use, I will also install them in my house in Athens. The operation is silent at night, you don't even realize it's working.
Έχω 2Χ Toyotomi 12000 btq Hiro 17 μηνες στο εξοχικό μου, σε δυο δωμάτια από 14 τμ. Μόνωση δεν υπάρχει, μόνα τζάμια, μόνο η ταράτσα έχει καλή μόνωση από πολυουρεθανικά πάνελ. Συνολικά είναι 55 τμ συμπεριλαμβάνεται κουζίνα και wc. Κουζίνα και μπάνιο μετά από 6 ώρες ίδια θερμοκρασία με τους χορούς που είναι τα κλιματιστικά. Με θερμοκρασίες έξω 10 μέσα 16 σε 2 ώρες θερμοκρασία 21 και σε 4 ώρες θερμοκρασία 24 η μέτρηση γίνεται με πιστόλι laser στα δομικά στοιχεία του σπιτιού ταβάνι δάπεδο τοίχους. Καλοκαίρι έξω 36 μέσα 24. Σε δύο ώρες η μέτρηση Με το λέιζερ σε όλα τα δομικά στοιχεία είναι καλυμμένη και το κλιματιστικό ήρεμο αθόρυβο. Το wi-fi δουλεύει άψογα δεν μου δημιούργησε κανένα πρόβλημα όλη η χρήση γίνεται μέσω κινητού ακόμα και ο προγραμματισμός . Μετά από αυτή τη χρήση θα τα βάλω και στο σπίτι στην Αθήνα. Η λειτουργία αθορηβο την νυχτα ουτε που το καταλαβενεις οτι λειτουργει.

I also want to share my experience with this air conditioner with you, as I have installed it in two houses. In one, it is in the living room, around 38 square meters, and in the other, in a room around 20 square meters. 12000 Btu in both. I am very satisfied with the purchase of the first one, which is why I bought it again. I can say that it meets my needs in both cases, especially in the second one. I won't talk about features, etc., as it has everything a consumer needs for their air conditioner. In terms of quality, I would say it is above average, without any creaking or surprises regarding the materials. Many complain about the wifi, and I will say rightfully so, to some extent. The first one, for example, connected immediately. The second one gave me a bit of trouble. But before I start blaming the second one, I will tell you how I managed to connect it and I will provide it hoping that it will help others as well.
On the first day, I followed the instructions in the leaflet, but nothing happened. Then, after a few more attempts, I downloaded the Gree app, which is essentially the same company, but still nothing. I gave up after a couple of hours of continuous attempts. The next day, I turned it on for ten minutes and thought, let me try again, just like that, without restarting the router, without removing any extenders from my network, nothing. Everything that the leaflet said from step 10 and onwards.
- I turn off the A/C.
- I press mode + wifi.
- I open the app and press the + button on the top right.
I select air conditioner, it shows me the screen, I press mode + wifi, and below, I press the button "I have done this action" or something like that, to start loading the bar.
- In the meantime, I go to the wifi settings on my phone while the bar is loading, and I see the hotspot ac...76 (it will be something else on your device), I press it and enter the password. It connects, and then I switch back to my own network.
- I go back to the app, and the bar is still loading. After ten seconds, it takes me to the next screen where you select the hotspot. Next.
- I select my wifi.
- The pairing starts.
- And voila, it tells me it's connected, give a name to your device, and we're done.
In short, the leaflet was useless.
Conclusion: If it doesn't work on the first try, of course, try again a second and third time. If not, leave it and try again after a while, maybe a day, once you have used it normally.
That's all from me, otherwise, it's a very good product, I highly recommend it. 4 stars for the trouble it caused me.

Θέλω και εγώ να μοιραστώ μαζί σας την εμπειρία μου με το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό καθως το εχω τοποθετήσει σε δυο σπίτια. Στο εινα ειναι στο σαλόνι γυρω στα 38 τετραγωνικά και στο αλλο σε δωματιο γυρω στα 20.12000 Btu και στα δυο. Είμαι πολυ ευχαριστημένος απο την αγορά του πρώτου γι'αυτο και την ξαναέκανα. Μπορω να πω ότι με καλύπτει και στις δύο περιπτώσεις ιδιως στην δεύτερη. Δεν θα μιλησω για χαρακτηριστικά κλπ εχει οσα θέλει ενας ιδιώτης για το κλιματιστικό του. Ποιοτικά θα έλεγα πολύ πανω του μετρίου χωρίς τριξίματα ή εκπλήξεις σχετικά με τα υλικά. Πολλοί παραπονιούνται για το wifi και θα πω δικαίως εν μέρη. Το πρώτο πχ συνδέθηκε αμέσως. Το δεύτερο μου έβγαλε λίγο την ψυχούλα μου. Αλλά προτού αρχίσω τις κατηγορίες για το δεύτερο θα σας πω πως κατάφερα να το συνδεσω και θα σας το παραθέσω ελπίζοντας αυτό να βοηθήσει και αλλους.
Την πρώτη ημέρα ακολούθησα τις οδηγίες του φυλλαδίου αλλά δεν. Μετα καποιες αλλες κατεβασα και την gree app που ειναι ίδια εταιρεια στην ουσία πάλι τίποτα. Το παρατησα μετά από κανα διωρο συνεχων προσπαθειών. Την επόμενη σηκώθηκα το έβαλα να δουλεψει για δέκα λεπτα και λεω ας ξαναπροσπαθησω ετσι χύμα χωρις επανεκκινήσεις ρουτερ χωρις να αφαιρεσω κατι extenders απο το δικτυο μου τιποτα. Οτι ελεγε το φυλλαδιο απο το 10 βημα και μετα.

-ανοιγω ewpe εφαρμογή παταω το + πανω δεξια
Επιλεγω air condition συσκευη μου δείχνει την οθονη πατα mode+wifi και απο κατω παταω το κουμπι I have done this action ή καπως ετσι για να ξεκινησει να φορτωνει η μπαρα
- Στο ενδιαμεσο μπαινω στα wifi του κινητού όσο φορτώνει η μπάρα και βλέπω το hotspot ac...76 (στο δικό σας θα είναι κάτι άλλο) το παταω και δινω τον κωδικο. Συνδεεται και καπακι το ξαναγυρναω στο δικο μου δικτυο.
- επιστρεφω στην εφαρμογή και η μπαρα ακομα φορτωνει. Μετα απο δεκα δευτερολεπτα με βγαζει στην επομενη οθονη οπου επιλεγεις το hotspot. Next
- επιλεγεις το wifi σου.
-Ξεκιναει η συζευξη
-και τσουπ μου λεει συνδεθηκε δωσε ονομα στη συσκευη σου και τελειωσαμε.
Με λιγα λόγια βγηκε το φυλλαδιο.
Συμπερασμα:Αν δεν παιξει με την πρώτη εννοειται προσπαθεις και δευτερη και τριτη. Αν όχι άστο και δοκιμασε μετα απο καποιο διαστημα μιας ημερας αφου το εχεις χρησιμοποιησει ομως κανονικά.
Αυτά απο εμένα κατά τ'άλλα πολυ καλο προιον το συστήνω ανεπιφυλακτα. 4 αστέρια για εκείνη την ταλαιπωρία της ψυχούλαςμου..

The guy is great so far in the heat. He lost a star for two reasons: 1) it doesn't connect to any WiFi and 2) the default is set to ionizer instead of external air intake, so if you forget to change it manually, you sit there wondering why you're not getting cool!
Βγήκε παληκάρι μέχρι στιγμής στον καύσωνα. έχασε ένα αστεράκι για δύο λόγους:1) δεν συνδέεται με την καμια στο WiFi και 2) το default βρίσκεται στον ιονιστη και όχι στην εισαγωγή εξωτερικού αέρα οπότε αν ξεχαστείς και δεν το αλλάξεις χειροκίνητα, κάθεσαι και αναρωτιεσαι γιατί δε δροσίζεσαι!
Purchased in June 2018 for a 50sqm apartment. Until now, there has been no issue. Quiet, economical, cools the space more than enough. I have nothing negative to mention. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended.

I have it in a 45 sqm house. I use it for heating and cooling in winter and summer respectively. In heating, it is quite economical and has very good performance, as well as when I am away for a few days in winter and I turn it on, it heats up quite quickly. In cooling, it is excellent, I have nothing more to say. I consider the noise to be normal and it doesn't bother me. The WiFi function is a bit confusing, do not download the ewpe smart app because after a while it gets lost and you have to start the process from the beginning. I use gree+ from the playstore. It has the exact same process and function, only it doesn't get lost and works normally. The ionizer works perfectly as my kitchen is in the same space as the living room and it quickly eliminates odors when I cook.
Το εχω σε 45 τ.μ. σπίτι. το χρησιμοποιώ για θέρμανση και ψυξη χειμώνα καλοκαίρι αντίστοιχα. Στην θέρμανση ειναι αρκετα οικονομικό και έχει πολυ καλη απόδοση καθώς και όταν λείπω κάποιες μέρες το χειμώνα και το βάζω το ζεσταινει αρκετά γρήγορα. Στην ψυξη είναι άριστο δεν έχω να πω κάτι παραπανω. Ο θόρυβος θεωρώ πως είναι φυσιολογικός δεν με ενοχλεί. Η λειτουργία WiFi λίγο μπέρδεμα μην κατεβάσετε το ewpe smart διότι μετά από κάποιο καιρό χάνεται και πρεπει να κάνεις τη διαδικασία απ'την αρχή. Εγώ χρησιμοποιώ το gree+ απ'το playstore. Ακριβώς ίδια διαδικασία και λειτουργία μόνο που δεν χάνεται και λειτουργεί φυσιολογικά. Ο Ιονιστης λειτουργεί άψογα καθώς η κουζίνα μου είναι στον ίδιο χώρο με το σαλόνι και όταν μαγειρευω απλά εξαλείφει γρήγορα τις οσμές.
I have it for about 2 years, bought it for about €440. Good performance, quiet inside and outside!! However, it is an 11,000 BTU for cooling. Definitely for this price and even less, you can find better air conditioners. I don't know about the others, but at least mine doesn't have carbon filters, silver ion. It does have an ionizer, but I don't know how to activate it since there is no option on the remote control as the manual shows, maybe it activates automatically, I don't know. Anyway, it's a complete joke, simply unacceptable, I wouldn't buy it again just because they write other things it has. For this reason, I give it a 3. I would go for another brand like (TCL) which is more affordable, with a 10-year warranty and with functions that actually exist.
Το έχω περιπου 2 χρόνια, αγορά περίπου στα 440€. Καλο στην απόδοση, αθόρυβο μέσα-έξω!! Βέβαια είναι 11αρι στην ψύξη. Σίγουρα σε αυτά τα χρήματα και λιγότερα βρίσκεις καλύτερα air condition. Δε ξερω για τούς άλλους, τουλάχιστον το δικό μού δεν έχει φιλτρα άνθρακα, silver ion. Ιονιστη έχει ομως δεν ξέρω πως ενεργοποιειται καθώς δεν υπάρχει επιλογή στο τηλεχειριστηριο όπως το manual δείχνει, ίσως ενεργοπ. αυτόματα, δε το γνωρίζω. Παντως Σκέτη Κοροϊδία, Απλά Απαράδεκτο, δε θα το αγόραζα ξανα μόνο και μόνο επειδή αλλα γράφουν και άλλα έχει. Για τον λόγω αυτόν βάζω 3. Θα πήγαινα σε άλλη μάρκα όπως (TCL) οικονομικά, με 10 χρόνια εγγύηση και με λειτουργίες οι οποίες υπάρχουν.

Το εγκατέστησα σήμερα (12αρι) και είμαι ευχαριστημένος.Κατέβασα την εφαρμογή και συνδέθηκα πανεύκολα στο wifi.Χειρίστηκα το κλιματιστικό απο το app ανταποκρίνοντας τέλεια σε κάθε εντολή μου.Αυτό που παρατήρησα είναι οτι στην εφαρμογή του κινητού έχει περισσότερες επιλογές απο τηλεκοντρόλ του κλιματιστικού.(επιλογές ταχύτητας,σιωπηλή λειτουργία κ.τ.λ)Αποδίδει τέλεια σε ψύξη και θέρμανση.Μια ερώτηση έχω να κάνω μόνο κι αν γνωρίζει κανείς ας μου απαντήσει παρακαλώ.Μπορώ να χειριστώ το κλιματιστικό χωρίς να κάνω χρήση του wifi;Δηλαδή, μπορώ να το χειριστώ και απο μακρυνή απόσταση με δεδομένα κινητού χωρίς να είμαι στη πηγή του wifi του σπιτιού μου;(πχ. να βρίσκομαι στη δουλειά μου κι να το ανοίγω απο κει ωστε όταν θα γυρίζω σπίτι να είναι ήδη κρύο η ζεστό)
Tip: If you can't install the wifi and it fails, simply turn off your mobile data during installation. The 12-inch one is quiet and very fast in its cooling.

Owner of the air conditioner (12,000 BTU) for about a month now.. it works perfectly.. quiet on the low setting.. the external unit is quite noisy... cools the entire house quickly (50 sqm).. the wi-fi works flawlessly.. so far, it's worth the money (420 euros). Still need to test it for heating.

Very good performance in the bedroom. It even cools satisfactorily the opposite bedroom. (Total square meters including the intermediate corridor is about 26 sqm)
The connection to wifi was easily done on the first attempt (following the detailed instructions in the manual) with the "EWPE Smart" application from TOYOTOMI. You can control it with your mobile either inside your home through your home wifi or remotely from anywhere on earth.
It is also relatively quiet and economical in consumption.
The temperature is displayed on a hidden LED screen under the lid on the right side.
A very positive aspect is that it also has an ionizer with charcoal and silver filters, which can be activated from the remote control whenever desired.
Απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος προς το παρόν από το hiro 12,000btu το οποίο αγοράστηκε στα 370 ευρώ περίπου σε προσφορά καταστήματος.
Πολύ καλη απόδοση σε υπνοδωμάτιο. Μάλιστα ψύχει ικανοποιητικά και το απέναντι υπνοδωμάτιο. (Συνολικά τετραγωνικά μαζί με τον ενδιάμεσο διάδρομο περίπου 26τμ)
H συνδεση με το wifi έγινε πανεύκολα με την πρώτη προσπάθεια, (ακολουθώντας τις αναλυτικές οδηγίες του manual) με την εφαρμογή "EWPE Smart" της TOYOTOMI. Το ελέγχεις με το κινητό σου είτε μέσα στο σπίτι σου μέσω του οικιακού σου wifi είτε απομακρυσμένα από οποιοδήποτε σημείο είσαι στη γη.
Επίσης σχετικά αθόρυβο αλλά και οικονομικό στην κατανάλωση.
Η θερμοκρασια φαίνεται σε κρυφή led οθόνη κάτω από το καπάκι στην δεξιά πλευρά.
Θετικό πολύ το γεγονός τέλος ότι έχει και ιονιστή με φίλτρα άνθρακα και silver, o οποίος ιονιστής ανοιγεί από το τηλεκοντρόλ μόνο όποτε το επιθυμείς.
We use it for heating and cooling in a 55sqm student house. I can say that it does a very good job! The ability to connect to wifi is the best, especially in winter! In terms of power consumption, it is very good as our bills have not been inflated for a year now! It is relatively quiet, but the noise from the external unit is not loud in any case.
Το χρησιμοποιούμε για θέρμανση και ψύξη σε φοιτητικό σπίτι 55τμ. Μπορώ να πω πως κάνει πολύ καλή δουλειά! Η δυνατότητα σύνδεσης με wifi είναι ότι καλύτερο ειδικά το χειμώνα! Απο άποψη κατανάλωσης ρεύματος πολύ καλά μιας και οι λογαριασμοί εδώ και έναν χρόνο δεν είναι φουσκωμένοι! Ειναι σχετικά αθόρυβο αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση ο θόρυβος της εξωτερικής μονάδας δεν είναι έντονος.

Edit αγόρασα συσκευή μέτρησης κατανάλωσης και έβαλα την τιμή της κιλοβατώρας 11 λεπτά χωρίς να υπολογίζω την μειωμένη χρέωση νυχτερινού.
Μέχρι τώρα έχει γράψει 245 ώρες χρήσης και κόστος 10 ευρώ.
Απίστευτα οικονομικό .
Όταν ξεκινάει καταναλώνει 1200 με 1600 watts.
Μετά από ούτε 1 ώρα η κατανάλωση σταδιακά πέφτει στα 550 watts σταθερά και λιγότερα.
Έχω δει και 250 watts.

The best purchase I have made. I am referring to the cooling because we installed it in June and so far we are completely satisfied. We have it in the living room (about 30 sqm) and at 20°C we freeze! My house is a ground floor of 80 sqm and it manages to cool all the rooms, even when it was scorching hot. Quiet, very good and the function it has for humidity. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an air-conditioner, because I also did a month-long research until I decided and it was definitely the best choice I could have made for the money I spent.
Η καλύτερη αγορά.που έχω κάνει. Αναφέρομαι στην ψύξη διότι το εγκαταστήσαμε Ιουνιο και έως τώρα είμαστε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι.
Το έχουμε στο σαλόνι ( περίπου 30 τμ) και στους 20°C παγώνουμε! Το σπίτι μου είναι ισόγειο 80 τμ και καταφέρνει να δροσίσει όλα τα δωμάτια, ακομα και όταν είχε καύσωνα. Αθόρυβο, πολύ καλή και η λειτουργία που έχει για την υγρασία.
Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον ψάχνει για air-condition, διότι και εγώ έκανα μια έρευνα ενός μήνα μέχρι να καταλήξω και σίγουρα ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή που θα μπορούσα να είχα κάνει για τα χρήματα που έδωσα.
I consider it a very good value for money. It is quiet on the low setting, allowing for comfortable sleep. On the medium and high settings, the fan makes normal noise from the indoor unit. Additionally, the outdoor unit is quiet and does not cause any disturbance.
It is aesthetically pleasing and compact in size. It has bright indicators on the indoor unit. The WiFi function works properly for me and is very useful, as I can turn it on one hour before entering the house and have the room already cool when I arrive. Very useful! I had no issues with the installation of the application, it worked straight away from the beginning, even though the router is on the other side of the house and the space is large.
For a regular-sized room, it is more than sufficient and cools the space easily, even more so for the hallway outside the room with an open door
Θεωρώ ότι είναι μια πάρα πολύ καλή επιλογή στα χρήματα του. Είναι αθόρυβο στην μικρή σκάλα, κοιμάσαι άνετα. Στη μεσαία και μεγάλη κάνει φυσιολογικό θόρυβο ο ανεμιστήρας από την εσωτερική μονάδα. Επίσης η εξωτερική μονάδα είναι αθόρυβη δεν ενοχλεί καθόλου.
Είναι όμορφο και με μαζεμένες διαστάσεις. Έχει φωτεινές ενδείξεις πάνω στην εσωτερική μονάδα. Η λειτουργία WiFi σε εμένα τουλάχιστον λειτουργεί κανονικότητα και είναι πάρα πολύ χρήσιμη μιας και μπορώ να το ανάβω 1 ώρα πριν μπω στο σπίτι και μόλις φτάσω να είναι ήδη δροσερός ο χώρος. Πάρα πολύ χρήσιμο! Δεν είχα κάποιο θέμα στην εγκατάσταση της εφαρμογής, λειτούργησε από την αρχή κατευθείαν παρόλο που το ρούτερ είναι στην άλλη πλευρά του σπιτιού και ο χώρος ειναι μεγάλος.

It's worth its money and compared to other products in its category, I would say it's relatively affordable.
It makes minimal noise (meaning, it's a machine) and performs amazingly in a large, open space (like the 12 square meters I have).
A very convenient advantage is that it can be controlled via Wi-Fi through the app you will download. Just be patient and you will figure out how it works, you don't need to have a degree from MIT.
As for heating, obviously I don't have an opinion in July. Enjoy.
Αξίζει τα χρήματά του και σε σχέση με άλλα της κατηγορίας, θα έλεγα ότι είναι σχετικά οικονομικό.
Κάνει ελάχιστο θόρυβο (δηλαδή έλεος, μηχάνημα είναι) και αποδίδει καταπληκτικά σε μεγάλο, ανοιχτό χώρο (το 12ρι που έχω εγώ).
Πολύ βολικό ατού ότι ελέγχεται με wi fi από το app που θα κατεβάσετε. Λίγη υπομονή και θα βρείτε πώς λειτουργεί, δεν χρειάζεται να έχεις τελειώσει και το ΜΙΤ.
Για θέρμανση προφανώς δεν έχω άποψη Ιούλιο μήνα. Enjoy.
I have had it for 1 month already. I can say that it makes a lot of noise even at low fan speed. I haven't used the wifi. Compared to a 10-year-old Mitsubishi inverter that I have in another room, it is really MUCH worse in everything... You will tell me it costs half the price, but still, it is "new" technology...
Also, the warranty is tragic, other brands offer 10 years (e.g. Inventor) and Toyotomi only has 3. I think if I had the option to return it and get another one, I would do it...
Το εχω ηδη 1 μηνα, Μπορω να πω οτι κανει αρκετο θορυβο ακομα και στο χαμηλο fan speed. Το wifi δεν το εχω χρησιμοποιησει. Συγκριτικα με ενα mitsubishi inverter 10ετιας που εχω σε αλλο δωματιο ειναι πραγματικα ΠΟΛΥ χειροτερο σε ολα... Θα μου πεις εχει τα μισα λεφτα αλλα και παλι ειναι "νεας" τεχνολογιας...
Επισης τραγικο ειναι η εγγυηση, αλλες μαρκες δινουν 10 χρονια (πχ Inventor) κ το toyotomi εχει μονο 3. Νομιζω πως αν ειχα επιλογη να το επιστρεψω και να παρω αλλο θα το εκανα...
I just installed it in my 44 square meter house today. The air conditioner was placed in the living room-kitchen area, which is almost half of the house (including the hallway). I didn't encounter any problems with the wifi, it worked perfectly right away. It cooled the room in about an hour, reaching a temperature of 25 degrees. Also, the air quality is better than the previous one as I operate it with the ionizer function activated! I am very satisfied! It's worth its money.
Εγώ μόλις σήμερα το εγκατέστησα στο σπίτι 44 τετραγωνικα. Το κλιματιστικό μπήκε στην σαλονοκουζινα όπου είναι σχεδόν το μισό σπίτι (μαζί με το χωλ).Με το wifi δεν αντιμετώπισα κανένα πρόβλημα, λειτούργησε άψογα απευθείας. Πάγωσε το δωμάτιο σε περίπου μία ώρα έχοντας το στους 25 βαθμούς. Επίσης η ποιότητα του αέρα είναι ανώτερη από το προηγούμενο μιας και το λειτουργώ με ενεργοποιημένη την λειτουργία του ιονιστη! Εμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος! Αξίζει τα λεφτά του.
After two days of owning the HTN/HTG-712R32 air conditioner, I have the following to say:
In terms of performance, it is very good. Of course, the cooling space is small, but in less than 5 minutes at a temperature of 27 degrees and with the fan speed on low, the room becomes very cold, so I don't think I will have any problems with cooling. As for heating or dehumidifying, I will come back to that later.
Certainly, there may be some issues with the Wi-Fi, but from what I understand, the air conditioner needs to be turned off in order to connect to the Wi-Fi, and not in operation.
For now, these are my thoughts, and later I will come back with a new evaluation after using it for a few days.
In any case, I would highly recommend it, and the price is perfect for a 12,000 BTU unit.
Μετα απο δυο ημερες κατοχής του κλιματατιστικου HTN/HTG-712R32 εχω να πω τα εξής :
Σε απόδοση είναι πάρα πολύ καλό,βέβαια ο χώρος που έχει να ψύξη είναι μικρός,αλλά σε λιγότερο από 5΄
λεπτά σε θερμοκρασία 27 και με ταχύτητα ανεμιστήρα στο low,το δωμάτιο είναι πολύ κρύο,οπότε από θέμα
ψύξης δεν νομίζω να έχω κανένα πρόβλημα...
για την θέρμανση ή για αφύγρανση ιονιστή κ.λ.π. θα επανέλθω..
Σίγουρα με το wi-fi μπορεί να δείτε κάποιο πρόβλημα,αλλά πιστεύω ότι με αυτό που κατάλαβα είναι ότι το

Πήρα το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό από κατάστημα και στα δυόμισι χρόνια είχε διαρροή r32 φρεον στην εσωτερική μονάδα κοντά στην πλακέτα...πήρα στο κατάστημα και μου είπαν να πάρω στην αντιπροσωπεία toyotomi με την απόδειξη...εκεί μου είπαν δεν καλύπτει η εγγύηση μάλλον αστοχία υλικού φυσιολογική φθορά...1 στα 1000 από το εργοστάσιο.......τα πιο άχρηστα είναι τελικά είναι toyotomi που είπα να πάρω...τα άλλα που έχω Daikin..μακριά από toyotomi 1 χρόνο εγγύηση είπε η αντιπροσωπεία.....σε όλα τα μοντέλα...

I have 2X Toyotomi 12000 btq Hiro for 17 months in my country house, in two rooms of 14 sqm each. There is no insulation, only windows, only the terrace has good insulation with polyurethane panels. The total area is 55 sqm including the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom have the same temperature as the rooms after 6 hours of use. With outside temperatures at 10 and inside at 16, in 2 hours the temperature is 21 and in 4 hours the temperature is 24, measured with a laser gun on the structural elements of the house (ceiling, floor, walls). In summer, outside is 36 and inside is 24. In two hours of measurement with the laser on all structural elements, it is covered and the air conditioner is calm and quiet. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, it did not create any problems, and all usage is done through the mobile phone, even programming. After this use, I will also install them in my house in Athens. The operation is silent at night, you don't even realize it's working.
Έχω 2Χ Toyotomi 12000 btq Hiro 17 μηνες στο εξοχικό μου, σε δυο δωμάτια από 14 τμ. Μόνωση δεν υπάρχει, μόνα τζάμια, μόνο η ταράτσα έχει καλή μόνωση από πολυουρεθανικά πάνελ. Συνολικά είναι 55 τμ συμπεριλαμβάνεται κουζίνα και wc. Κουζίνα και μπάνιο μετά από 6 ώρες ίδια θερμοκρασία με τους χορούς που είναι τα κλιματιστικά. Με θερμοκρασίες έξω 10 μέσα 16 σε 2 ώρες θερμοκρασία 21 και σε 4 ώρες θερμοκρασία 24 η μέτρηση γίνεται με πιστόλι laser στα δομικά στοιχεία του σπιτιού ταβάνι δάπεδο τοίχους. Καλοκαίρι έξω 36 μέσα 24. Σε δύο ώρες η μέτρηση Με το λέιζερ σε όλα τα δομικά στοιχεία είναι καλυμμένη και το κλιματιστικό ήρεμο αθόρυβο. Το wi-fi δουλεύει άψογα δεν μου δημιούργησε κανένα πρόβλημα όλη η χρήση γίνεται μέσω κινητού ακόμα και ο προγραμματισμός . Μετά από αυτή τη χρήση θα τα βάλω και στο σπίτι στην Αθήνα. Η λειτουργία αθορηβο την νυχτα ουτε που το καταλαβενεις οτι λειτουργει.

I also want to share my experience with this air conditioner with you, as I have installed it in two houses. In one, it is in the living room, around 38 square meters, and in the other, in a room around 20 square meters. 12000 Btu in both. I am very satisfied with the purchase of the first one, which is why I bought it again. I can say that it meets my needs in both cases, especially in the second one. I won't talk about features, etc., as it has everything a consumer needs for their air conditioner. In terms of quality, I would say it is above average, without any creaking or surprises regarding the materials. Many complain about the wifi, and I will say rightfully so, to some extent. The first one, for example, connected immediately. The second one gave me a bit of trouble. But before I start blaming the second one, I will tell you how I managed to connect it and I will provide it hoping that it will help others as well.
On the first day, I followed the instructions in the leaflet, but nothing happened. Then, after a few more attempts, I downloaded the Gree app, which is essentially the same company, but still nothing. I gave up after a couple of hours of continuous attempts. The next day, I turned it on for ten minutes and thought, let me try again, just like that, without restarting the router, without removing any extenders from my network, nothing. Everything that the leaflet said from step 10 and onwards.
- I turn off the A/C.
- I press mode + wifi.
- I open the app and press the + button on the top right.
I select air conditioner, it shows me the screen, I press mode + wifi, and below, I press the button "I have done this action" or something like that, to start loading the bar.
- In the meantime, I go to the wifi settings on my phone while the bar is loading, and I see the hotspot ac...76 (it will be something else on your device), I press it and enter the password. It connects, and then I switch back to my own network.
- I go back to the app, and the bar is still loading. After ten seconds, it takes me to the next screen where you select the hotspot. Next.
- I select my wifi.
- The pairing starts.
- And voila, it tells me it's connected, give a name to your device, and we're done.
In short, the leaflet was useless.
Conclusion: If it doesn't work on the first try, of course, try again a second and third time. If not, leave it and try again after a while, maybe a day, once you have used it normally.

Θέλω και εγώ να μοιραστώ μαζί σας την εμπειρία μου με το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό καθως το εχω τοποθετήσει σε δυο σπίτια. Στο εινα ειναι στο σαλόνι γυρω στα 38 τετραγωνικά και στο αλλο σε δωματιο γυρω στα 20.12000 Btu και στα δυο. Είμαι πολυ ευχαριστημένος απο την αγορά του πρώτου γι'αυτο και την ξαναέκανα. Μπορω να πω ότι με καλύπτει και στις δύο περιπτώσεις ιδιως στην δεύτερη. Δεν θα μιλησω για χαρακτηριστικά κλπ εχει οσα θέλει ενας ιδιώτης για το κλιματιστικό του. Ποιοτικά θα έλεγα πολύ πανω του μετρίου χωρίς τριξίματα ή εκπλήξεις σχετικά με τα υλικά. Πολλοί παραπονιούνται για το wifi και θα πω δικαίως εν μέρη. Το πρώτο πχ συνδέθηκε αμέσως. Το δεύτερο μου έβγαλε λίγο την ψυχούλα μου. Αλλά προτού αρχίσω τις κατηγορίες για το δεύτερο θα σας πω πως κατάφερα να το συνδεσω και θα σας το παραθέσω ελπίζοντας αυτό να βοηθήσει και αλλους.
Την πρώτη ημέρα ακολούθησα τις οδηγίες του φυλλαδίου αλλά δεν. Μετα καποιες αλλες κατεβασα και την gree app που ειναι ίδια εταιρεια στην ουσία πάλι τίποτα. Το παρατησα μετά από κανα διωρο συνεχων προσπαθειών. Την επόμενη σηκώθηκα το έβαλα να δουλεψει για δέκα λεπτα και λεω ας ξαναπροσπαθησω ετσι χύμα χωρις επανεκκινήσεις ρουτερ χωρις να αφαιρεσω κατι extenders απο το δικτυο μου τιποτα. Οτι ελεγε το φυλλαδιο απο το 10 βημα και μετα.

- Στο ενδιαμεσο μπαινω στα wifi του κινητού όσο φορτώνει η μπάρα και βλέπω το hotspot ac...76 (στο δικό σας θα είναι κάτι άλλο) το παταω και δινω τον κωδικο. Συνδεεται και καπακι το ξαναγυρναω στο δικο μου δικτυο.
- επιστρεφω στην εφαρμογή και η μπαρα ακομα φορτωνει. Μετα απο δεκα δευτερολεπτα με βγαζει στην επομενη οθονη οπου επιλεγεις το hotspot. Next
- επιλεγεις το wifi σου.
-Ξεκιναει η συζευξη
-και τσουπ μου λεει συνδεθηκε δωσε ονομα στη συσκευη σου και τελειωσαμε.
Με λιγα λόγια βγηκε το φυλλαδιο.
Συμπερασμα:Αν δεν παιξει με την πρώτη εννοειται προσπαθεις και δευτερη και τριτη. Αν όχι άστο και δοκιμασε μετα απο καποιο διαστημα μιας ημερας αφου το εχεις χρησιμοποιησει ομως κανονικά.
Αυτά απο εμένα κατά τ'άλλα πολυ καλο προιον το συστήνω ανεπιφυλακτα. 4 αστέρια για εκείνη την ταλαιπωρία της ψυχούλαςμου..

Με θερμοκρασίες έξω 10 μέσα 16 σε 2 ώρες θερμοκρασία 21 και σε 4 ώρες θερμοκρασία 24 η μέτρηση γίνεται με πιστόλι laser στα δομικά στοιχεία του σπιτιού ταβάνι δάπεδο τοίχους. Καλοκαίρι έξω 36 μέσα 24. Σε δύο ώρες η μέτρηση Με το λέιζερ σε όλα τα δομικά στοιχεία είναι καλυμμένη και το κλιματιστικό ήρεμο αθόρυβο. But before I start blaming the second one, I will tell you how I managed to connect it and I will provide it hoping that it will help others as well.
On the first day, I followed the instructions in the leaflet, but nothing happened. Then, after a few more attempts, I downloaded the Gree app, which is essentially the same company, but still nothing. I gave up after a couple of hours of continuous attempts. The next day, I turned it on for ten minutes and thought, let me try again, just like that, without restarting the router, without removing any extenders from my network, nothing. Everything that the leaflet said from step 10 and onwards.
- I turn off the A/C.
- I press mode + wifi.
- I open the app and press the + button on the top right.
I select air conditioner, it shows me the screen, I press mode + wifi, and below, I press the button "I have done this action" or something like that, to start loading the bar.
- In the meantime, I go to the wifi settings on my phone while the bar is loading, and I see the hotspot ac...76 (it will be something else on your device), I press it and enter the password. It connects, and then I switch back to my own network.
- I go back to the app, and the bar is still loading. After ten seconds, it takes me to the next screen where you select the hotspot. Next.
- I select my wifi.
- The pairing starts.
- And voila, it tells me it's connected, give a name to your device, and we're done.
In short, the leaflet was useless.
Conclusion: If it doesn't work on the first try, of course, try again a second and third time. If not, leave it and try again after a while, maybe a day, once you have used it normally.

Στο εινα ειναι στο σαλόνι γυρω στα 38 τετραγωνικά και στο αλλο σε δωματιο γυρω στα 20.12000 Btu και στα δυο. Είμαι πολυ ευχαριστημένος απο την αγορά του πρώτου γι'αυτο και την ξαναέκανα. Μπορω να πω ότι με καλύπτει και στις δύο περιπτώσεις ιδιως στην δεύτερη. Δεν θα μιλησω για χαρακτηριστικά κλπ εχει οσα θέλει ενας ιδιώτης για το κλιματιστικό του. Ποιοτικά θα έλεγα πολύ πανω του μετρίου χωρίς τριξίματα ή εκπλήξεις σχετικά με τα υλικά. Πολλοί παραπονιούνται για το wifi και θα πω δικαίως εν μέρη. Το πρώτο πχ συνδέθηκε αμέσως. The guy is great so far in the heat. He lost a star for two reasons: 1) it doesn't connect to any WiFi and 2) the default is set to ionizer instead of external air intake, so if you forget to change it manually, you sit there wondering why you're not getting cool!
Βγήκε παληκάρι μέχρι στιγμής στον καύσωνα. έχασε ένα αστεράκι για δύο λόγους:1) δεν συνδέεται με την καμια στο WiFi και 2) το default βρίσκεται στον ιονιστη και όχι στην εισαγωγή εξωτερικού αέρα οπότε αν ξεχαστείς και δεν το αλλάξεις χειροκίνητα, κάθεσαι και αναρωτιεσαι γιατί δε δροσίζεσαι!

I have it in a 45 sqm house. I use it for heating and cooling in winter and summer respectively. Το εχω σε 45 τ.μ. σπίτι. το χρησιμοποιώ για θέρμανση και ψυξη χειμώνα καλοκαίρι αντίστοιχα. Στην θέρμανση ειναι αρκετα οικονομικό και έχει πολυ καλη απόδοση καθώς και όταν λείπω κάποιες μέρες το χειμώνα και το βάζω το ζεσταινει αρκετά γρήγορα. Στην ψυξη είναι άριστο δεν έχω να πω κάτι παραπανω. Ο θόρυβος θεωρώ πως είναι φυσιολογικός δεν με ενοχλεί. Η λειτουργία WiFi λίγο μπέρδεμα μην κατεβάσετε το ewpe smart διότι μετά από κάποιο καιρό χάνεται και πρεπει να κάνεις τη διαδικασία απ'την αρχή. Εγώ χρησιμοποιώ το gree+ απ'το playstore. Ακριβώς ίδια διαδικασία και λειτουργία μόνο που δεν χάνεται και λειτουργεί φυσιολογικά. Ο Ιονιστης λειτουργεί άψογα καθώς η κουζίνα μου είναι στον ίδιο χώρο με το σαλόνι και όταν μαγειρευω απλά εξαλείφει γρήγορα τις οσμές.
I have it for about 2 years, bought it for about €440. Good performance, quiet inside and outside!! However, it is an 11,000 BTU for cooling. Definitely for this price and even less, you can find better air conditioners. I don't know about the others, but at least mine doesn't have carbon filters, silver ion. It does have an ionizer, but I don't know how to activate it since there is no option on the remote control as the manual shows, maybe it activates automatically, I don't know. Anyway, it's a complete joke, simply unacceptable, I wouldn't buy it again just because they write other things it has. For this reason, I give it a 3. I would go for another brand like (TCL) which is more affordable, with a 10-year warranty and with functions that actually exist.
Το έχω περιπου 2 χρόνια, αγορά περίπου στα 440€. Καλο στην απόδοση, αθόρυβο μέσα-έξω!! Βέβαια είναι 11αρι στην ψύξη. Σίγουρα σε αυτά τα χρήματα και λιγότερα βρίσκεις καλύτερα air condition. Δε ξερω για τούς άλλους, τουλάχιστον το δικό μού δεν έχει φιλτρα άνθρακα, silver ion. Ιονιστη έχει ομως δεν ξέρω πως ενεργοποιειται καθώς δεν υπάρχει επιλογή στο τηλεχειριστηριο όπως το manual δείχνει, ίσως ενεργοπ. αυτόματα, δε το γνωρίζω. Παντως Σκέτη Κοροϊδία, Απλά Απαράδεκτο, δε θα το αγόραζα ξανα μόνο και μόνο επειδή αλλα γράφουν και άλλα έχει. Για τον λόγω αυτόν βάζω 3. Θα πήγαινα σε άλλη μάρκα όπως (TCL) οικονομικά, με 10 χρόνια εγγύηση και με λειτουργίες οι οποίες υπάρχουν.

Το εγκατέστησα σήμερα (12αρι) και είμαι ευχαριστημένος.Κατέβασα την εφαρμογή και συνδέθηκα πανεύκολα στο wifi.Χειρίστηκα το κλιματιστικό απο το app ανταποκρίνοντας τέλεια σε κάθε εντολή μου.Αυτό που παρατήρησα είναι οτι στην εφαρμογή του κινητού έχει περισσότερες επιλογές απο τηλεκοντρόλ του κλιματιστικού.(επιλογές ταχύτητας,σιωπηλή λειτουργία κ.τ.λ)Αποδίδει τέλεια σε ψύξη και θέρμανση.Μια ερώτηση έχω να κάνω μόνο κι αν γνωρίζει κανείς ας μου απαντήσει παρακαλώ.Μπορώ να χειριστώ το κλιματιστικό χωρίς να κάνω χρήση του wifi;Δηλαδή, μπορώ να το χειριστώ και απο μακρυνή απόσταση με δεδομένα κινητού χωρίς να είμαι στη πηγή του wifi του σπιτιού μου;(πχ. να βρίσκομαι στη δουλειά μου κι να το ανοίγω απο κει ωστε όταν θα γυρίζω σπίτι να είναι ήδη κρύο η ζεστό)
Tip: If you can't install the wifi and it fails, simply turn off your mobile data during installation. The 12-inch one is quiet and very fast in its cooling.
Tip: Αν δεν μπορείτε να εγκαταστήσετε το wifi και σας βγαζει fail, απλα κλείστε τα δεδομένα του κινητού κατα την εγκατάσταση. Το 12αρι ειναι αθόρυβο και πολυ γρηγορο στην ψυξη του.
Owner of the air conditioner (12,000 BTU) for about a month now.. it works perfectly.. quiet on the low setting.. the external unit is quite noisy... cools the entire house quickly (50 sqm).. the wi-fi works flawlessly.. so far, it's worth the money (420 euros). Still need to test it for heating.
Κάτοχος του εν λόγω κλιματιστικού( 12.000BTU) εδώ και περιπού ένα μηνα..δουλεύει άψογα..αθόρυβο στην μικρή σκάλα..η εξωτερική μονάδα αρκετά θορυβώδης...ψύχει τάχιστα όλο το σπίτι (50τμ)..το wi-fi δουλεύει ρολόϊ..αξίζει μέχρις στιγμής τα λεφτά του(420 ευρω)

Very good machine, quiet and with fast performance. I haven't tried it for heating yet, but I believe I won't have a problem.

I installed it in a 15m2 attic without doors, with a staircase, and it cools satisfactorily. It is almost silent, located right above the bed, and the Wi-Fi is not heard at all. It is easy and reliable. I have only had it for a month, but I am very satisfied.
12αρι Το τοποθέτησα σε 15m2 σοφίτα χωρίς πόρτες με σκάλα και ψύχει ικανοποιητικά, σχεδόν αθόρυβο είναι ακριβώς πάνω από το κρεβάτι και δεν ακούγεται καθόλου το wi fi εύκολο και αξιόπιστο .Το έχω μόνο ένα μήνα αλλά είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη.
Absolutely satisfied so far with the hiro 12,000btu, which was purchased for about 370 euros on a store offer.
Very good performance in the bedroom. It even cools satisfactorily the opposite bedroom. (Total square meters including the intermediate corridor is about 26 sqm)
The connection to wifi was easily done on the first attempt (following the detailed instructions in the manual) with the "EWPE Smart" application from TOYOTOMI. You can control it with your mobile either inside your home through your home wifi or remotely from anywhere on earth.
It is also relatively quiet and economical in consumption.
The temperature is displayed on a hidden LED screen under the lid on the right side.
A very positive aspect is that it also has an ionizer with charcoal and silver filters, which can be activated from the remote control whenever desired.

Πολύ καλη απόδοση σε υπνοδωμάτιο. Μάλιστα ψύχει ικανοποιητικά και το απέναντι υπνοδωμάτιο. (Συνολικά τετραγωνικά μαζί με τον ενδιάμεσο διάδρομο περίπου 26τμ)
H συνδεση με το wifi έγινε πανεύκολα με την πρώτη προσπάθεια, (ακολουθώντας τις αναλυτικές οδηγίες του manual) με την εφαρμογή "EWPE Smart" της TOYOTOMI. Το ελέγχεις με το κινητό σου είτε μέσα στο σπίτι σου μέσω του οικιακού σου wifi είτε απομακρυσμένα από οποιοδήποτε σημείο είσαι στη γη.
Επίσης σχετικά αθόρυβο αλλά και οικονομικό στην κατανάλωση.
Η θερμοκρασια φαίνεται σε κρυφή led οθόνη κάτω από το καπάκι στην δεξιά πλευρά.
Θετικό πολύ το γεγονός τέλος ότι έχει και ιονιστή με φίλτρα άνθρακα και silver, o οποίος ιονιστής ανοιγεί από το τηλεκοντρόλ μόνο όποτε το επιθυμείς.
We use it for heating and cooling in a 55sqm student house. I can say that it does a very good job! The ability to connect to wifi is the best, especially in winter! In terms of power consumption, it is very good as our bills have not been inflated for a year now! It is relatively quiet, but the noise from the external unit is not loud in any case.
Το χρησιμοποιούμε για θέρμανση και ψύξη σε φοιτητικό σπίτι 55τμ. Μπορώ να πω πως κάνει πολύ καλή δουλειά! Η δυνατότητα σύνδεσης με wifi είναι ότι καλύτερο ειδικά το χειμώνα! Απο άποψη κατανάλωσης ρεύματος πολύ καλά μιας και οι λογαριασμοί εδώ και έναν χρόνο δεν είναι φουσκωμένοι! Ειναι σχετικά αθόρυβο αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση ο θόρυβος της εξωτερικής μονάδας δεν είναι έντονος.
Excellent! εξαιρετικό!Το 12αρι σε χωρο περιπου 17 τμ και σε θερμανση που το δοκιμασα, πιανει ευκολα κ σχετικα γρηγορα την επιθυμητη θερμοκρασια,ενω το εντυπωσιακοτερο ειναι η ποιοτητα του αερα,λογικα λογω του ιονιστη.Δεν ξηραινει τα ματια κ το λαιμο οπως τα παλιοτερα ACs κ επιπλεον εχει μια αισθηση..."φρεσκαδας"... να τη πω;Απο καταναλωση που τσεκαρα,εφοσον πιασει την επιθυμητη θερμοκρασια, την διατηρει καταναλώνοντας λιγοτερο απο 0.5 Kw/h!!!
During the winter, the thermostat works non-stop! I got the service but couldn't figure out why they told me it's affected if it's transparent next to it...
Τον χειμωνα δουλευει και δεν σταματαει ο θερμωστατης ! Πηρα το service δεν εβγαλα ακρη γιατι μου ειπαν οτι το επιρεαζει αν ειναι διαμπερες διπλα ....
The machine works perfectly.
Powerful, quiet, both inside and outside.
The room is normally for a 9, but I got a 12 so it works more comfortably.
No difficulty with the wifi.
Just make sure to unplug any extra devices like wifi extenders in order to set up the wifi.
It has an internal temperature indicator, but it only appears briefly when you press the control.
Simple and straightforward.

Το δωμάτιο κανονικά είναι για 9αρι Αλλά πήρα 12αρι για να δουλεύει πιο ξεκούραστα.
Καμμία δυσκολία στο wifi.
Απλά όσοι έχετε έξτρα συσκευές τύπου wifi extender κτλ τα βγάζετε όλα από την πρίζα για να σεταρετε το wifi.
Έχει ένδειξη εσωτερικής θερμοκρασίας απλά εμφανίζεται για λίγο πατώντας το control.
Λιτο και απέριττο.
Έχει ότι χρειάζεται για να κάνει τη δουλειά του σωστά.

Όταν η μονάδες κάτσουν στις βάσεις τους σωστά δεν υπάρχει τέτοιο θέμα...
Ούτε κρατς ούτε κριτς ούτε τίποτα.
Edit αγόρασα συσκευή μέτρησης κατανάλωσης και έβαλα την τιμή της κιλοβατώρας 11 λεπτά χωρίς να υπολογίζω την μειωμένη χρέωση νυχτερινού.
Μέχρι τώρα έχει γράψει 245 ώρες χρήσης και κόστος 10 ευρώ.
Απίστευτα οικονομικό .

The best purchase I have made. I am referring to the cooling because we installed it in June and so far we are completely satisfied. We have it in the living room (about 30 sqm) and at 20°C we freeze! My house is a ground floor of 80 sqm and it manages to cool all the rooms, even when it was scorching hot. Quiet, very good and the function it has for humidity. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an air-conditioner, because I also did a month-long research until I decided and it was definitely the best choice I could have made for the money I spent.
Η καλύτερη αγορά.που έχω κάνει. Αναφέρομαι στην ψύξη διότι το εγκαταστήσαμε Ιουνιο και έως τώρα είμαστε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι.
Το έχουμε στο σαλόνι ( περίπου 30 τμ) και στους 20°C παγώνουμε! Το σπίτι μου είναι ισόγειο 80 τμ και καταφέρνει να δροσίσει όλα τα δωμάτια, ακομα και όταν είχε καύσωνα. Αθόρυβο, πολύ καλή και η λειτουργία που έχει για την υγρασία.
Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον ψάχνει για air-condition, διότι και εγώ έκανα μια έρευνα ενός μήνα μέχρι να καταλήξω και σίγουρα ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή που θα μπορούσα να είχα κάνει για τα χρήματα που έδωσα.
I consider it a very good value for money. It is quiet on the low setting, allowing for comfortable sleep. On the medium and high settings, the fan makes normal noise from the indoor unit. Additionally, the outdoor unit is quiet and does not cause any disturbance.
It is aesthetically pleasing and compact in size. It has bright indicators on the indoor unit. The WiFi function works properly for me and is very useful, as I can turn it on one hour before entering the house and have the room already cool when I arrive. Very useful! I had no issues with the installation of the application, it worked straight away from the beginning, even though the router is on the other side of the house and the space is large.
For a regular-sized room, it is more than sufficient and cools the space easily, even more so for the hallway outside the room with an open door
Θεωρώ ότι είναι μια πάρα πολύ καλή επιλογή στα χρήματα του. Είναι αθόρυβο στην μικρή σκάλα, κοιμάσαι άνετα. Στη μεσαία και μεγάλη κάνει φυσιολογικό θόρυβο ο ανεμιστήρας από την εσωτερική μονάδα. Επίσης η εξωτερική μονάδα είναι αθόρυβη δεν ενοχλεί καθόλου.
Είναι όμορφο και με μαζεμένες διαστάσεις. Έχει φωτεινές ενδείξεις πάνω στην εσωτερική μονάδα. Η λειτουργία WiFi σε εμένα τουλάχιστον λειτουργεί κανονικότητα και είναι πάρα πολύ χρήσιμη μιας και μπορώ να το ανάβω 1 ώρα πριν μπω στο σπίτι και μόλις φτάσω να είναι ήδη δροσερός ο χώρος. Πάρα πολύ χρήσιμο! Δεν είχα κάποιο θέμα στην εγκατάσταση της εφαρμογής, λειτούργησε από την αρχή κατευθείαν παρόλο που το ρούτερ είναι στην άλλη πλευρά του σπιτιού και ο χώρος ειναι μεγάλος.
Για ένα δωμάτιο κανονικών διαστάσεων είναι υπεραρκετό και κρυώνει εύκολα το χώρο και ακόμα περισσότερο (διάδρομο έξω από το δωμάτιο με ανοιχτή πόρτα)
Owner of a 12000 BTU air conditioner here for 4 days, I have only positive comments about its performance in a 45 square meter house with moderate insulation. It quickly cools down the house even with a relatively high temperature outside

It's worth its money and compared to other products in its category, I would say it's relatively affordable.
It makes minimal noise (meaning, it's a machine) and performs amazingly in a large, open space (like the 12 square meters I have).
A very convenient advantage is that it can be controlled via Wi-Fi through the app you will download. Just be patient and you will figure out how it works, you don't need to have a degree from MIT.
As for heating, obviously I don't have an opinion in July. Enjoy.
Αξίζει τα χρήματά του και σε σχέση με άλλα της κατηγορίας, θα έλεγα ότι είναι σχετικά οικονομικό.
Κάνει ελάχιστο θόρυβο (δηλαδή έλεος, μηχάνημα είναι) και αποδίδει καταπληκτικά σε μεγάλο, ανοιχτό χώρο (το 12ρι που έχω εγώ).
Πολύ βολικό ατού ότι ελέγχεται με wi fi από το app που θα κατεβάσετε. Λίγη υπομονή και θα βρείτε πώς λειτουργεί, δεν χρειάζεται να έχεις τελειώσει και το ΜΙΤ.
Για θέρμανση προφανώς δεν έχω άποψη Ιούλιο μήνα. Enjoy.
I have had it for 1 month already. I can say that it makes a lot of noise even at low fan speed. I haven't used the wifi. Compared to a 10-year-old Mitsubishi inverter that I have in another room, it is really MUCH worse in everything... You will tell me it costs half the price, but still, it is "new" technology...
Also, the warranty is tragic, other brands offer 10 years (e.g. Inventor) and Toyotomi only has 3. I think if I had the option to return it and get another one, I would do it...
Το εχω ηδη 1 μηνα, Μπορω να πω οτι κανει αρκετο θορυβο ακομα και στο χαμηλο fan speed. Το wifi δεν το εχω χρησιμοποιησει. Συγκριτικα με ενα mitsubishi inverter 10ετιας που εχω σε αλλο δωματιο ειναι πραγματικα ΠΟΛΥ χειροτερο σε ολα... Θα μου πεις εχει τα μισα λεφτα αλλα και παλι ειναι "νεας" τεχνολογιας...
Επισης τραγικο ειναι η εγγυηση, αλλες μαρκες δινουν 10 χρονια (πχ Inventor) κ το toyotomi εχει μονο 3. Νομιζω πως αν ειχα επιλογη να το επιστρεψω και να παρω αλλο θα το εκανα...
I just installed it in my 44 square meter house today. The air conditioner was placed in the living room-kitchen area, which is almost half of the house (including the hallway). I didn't encounter any problems with the wifi, it worked perfectly right away. It cooled the room in about an hour, reaching a temperature of 25 degrees. Also, the air quality is better than the previous one as I operate it with the ionizer function activated! I am very satisfied! It's worth its money.
Εγώ μόλις σήμερα το εγκατέστησα στο σπίτι 44 τετραγωνικα. Το κλιματιστικό μπήκε στην σαλονοκουζινα όπου είναι σχεδόν το μισό σπίτι (μαζί με το χωλ).Με το wifi δεν αντιμετώπισα κανένα πρόβλημα, λειτούργησε άψογα απευθείας. Πάγωσε το δωμάτιο σε περίπου μία ώρα έχοντας το στους 25 βαθμούς. Επίσης η ποιότητα του αέρα είναι ανώτερη από το προηγούμενο μιας και το λειτουργώ με ενεργοποιημένη την λειτουργία του ιονιστη! Εμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος! Αξίζει τα λεφτά του.
After two days of owning the HTN/HTG-712R32 air conditioner, I have the following to say:
In terms of performance, it is very good. Of course, the cooling space is small, but in less than 5 minutes at a temperature of 27 degrees and with the fan speed on low, the room becomes very cold, so I don't think I will have any problems with cooling. As for heating or dehumidifying, I will come back to that later.
Certainly, there may be some issues with the Wi-Fi, but from what I understand, the air conditioner needs to be turned off in order to connect to the Wi-Fi, and not in operation.
For now, these are my thoughts, and later I will come back with a new evaluation after using it for a few days.
In any case, I would highly recommend it, and the price is perfect for a 12,000 BTU unit.
Μετα απο δυο ημερες κατοχής του κλιματατιστικου HTN/HTG-712R32 εχω να πω τα εξής :
Σε απόδοση είναι πάρα πολύ καλό,βέβαια ο χώρος που έχει να ψύξη είναι μικρός,αλλά σε λιγότερο από 5΄
λεπτά σε θερμοκρασία 27 και με ταχύτητα ανεμιστήρα στο low,το δωμάτιο είναι πολύ κρύο,οπότε από θέμα
ψύξης δεν νομίζω να έχω κανένα πρόβλημα...
για την θέρμανση ή για αφύγρανση ιονιστή κ.λ.π. θα επανέλθω..
Σίγουρα με το wi-fi μπορεί να δείτε κάποιο πρόβλημα,αλλά πιστεύω ότι με αυτό που κατάλαβα είναι ότι το
κλιματιστικό για να συνδεθεί με το WiFi,,,ΠΡΕΠΕΙ Να Ειναι Κλειστο Για Να Συνδεθει...Και Οχι Σε Λειτουργια..

I bought this air conditioner from a store and in two and a half years, it had a leak of R32 refrigerant in the indoor unit near the circuit board... I went to the store and they told me to contact the Toyotomi dealership with the receipt... There, they told me that the warranty does not cover it, probably due to material failure... 1 in 1000 from the factory... The most useless ones are ultimately Toyotomi, which I decided to buy... The others I have, Daikin... Stay away from Toyotomi, they said the warranty is only one year... for all models...
Πήρα το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό από κατάστημα και στα δυόμισι χρόνια είχε διαρροή r32 φρεον στην εσωτερική μονάδα κοντά στην πλακέτα...πήρα στο κατάστημα και μου είπαν να πάρω στην αντιπροσωπεία toyotomi με την απόδειξη...εκεί μου είπαν δεν καλύπτει η εγγύηση μάλλον αστοχία υλικού φυσιολογική φθορά...1 στα 1000 από το εργοστάσιο.......τα πιο άχρηστα είναι τελικά είναι toyotomi που είπα να πάρω...τα άλλα που έχω Daikin..μακριά από toyotomi 1 χρόνο εγγύηση είπε η αντιπροσωπεία.....σε όλα τα μοντέλα...
I have had it for four years and I am very satisfied. It is quiet in cooling, on the low scale it seems like it's not even working! It also does a good job in heating! I am talking about a house with good insulation, but I am very satisfied and besides that, I have a lot of savings on my electricity bill. I highly recommend it!

I have 2X Toyotomi 12000 btq Hiro for 17 months in my country house, in two rooms of 14 sqm each. There is no insulation, only windows, only the terrace has good insulation with polyurethane panels. The total area is 55 sqm including the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom have the same temperature as the rooms after 6 hours of use. With outside temperatures at 10 and inside at 16, in 2 hours the temperature is 21 and in 4 hours the temperature is 24, measured with a laser gun on the structural elements of the house (ceiling, floor, walls). In summer, outside is 36 and inside is 24. In two hours of measurement with the laser on all structural elements, it is covered and the air conditioner is calm and quiet. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, it did not create any problems, and all usage is done through the mobile phone, even programming. After this use, I will also install them in my house in Athens. The operation is silent at night, you don't even realize it's working.
Έχω 2Χ Toyotomi 12000 btq Hiro 17 μηνες στο εξοχικό μου, σε δυο δωμάτια από 14 τμ. Μόνωση δεν υπάρχει, μόνα τζάμια, μόνο η ταράτσα έχει καλή μόνωση από πολυουρεθανικά πάνελ. Συνολικά είναι 55 τμ συμπεριλαμβάνεται κουζίνα και wc. Κουζίνα και μπάνιο μετά από 6 ώρες ίδια θερμοκρασία με τους χορούς που είναι τα κλιματιστικά. Με θερμοκρασίες έξω 10 μέσα 16 σε 2 ώρες θερμοκρασία 21 και σε 4 ώρες θερμοκρασία 24 η μέτρηση γίνεται με πιστόλι laser στα δομικά στοιχεία του σπιτιού ταβάνι δάπεδο τοίχους. Καλοκαίρι έξω 36 μέσα 24. Σε δύο ώρες η μέτρηση Με το λέιζερ σε όλα τα δομικά στοιχεία είναι καλυμμένη και το κλιματιστικό ήρεμο αθόρυβο. Το wi-fi δουλεύει άψογα δεν μου δημιούργησε κανένα πρόβλημα όλη η χρήση γίνεται μέσω κινητού ακόμα και ο προγραμματισμός . Μετά από αυτή τη χρήση θα τα βάλω και στο σπίτι στην Αθήνα. Η λειτουργία αθορηβο την νυχτα ουτε που το καταλαβενεις οτι λειτουργει.
I have the 12000 BTU in the living room for 2 years. I am very satisfied both with the cooling and the heating. It is quiet. I will also get a second one for the bedroom.

I also want to share my experience with this air conditioner with you, as I have installed it in two houses. In one, it is in the living room, around 38 square meters, and in the other, in a room around 20 square meters. 12000 Btu in both. I am very satisfied with the purchase of the first one, which is why I bought it again. I can say that it meets my needs in both cases, especially in the second one. I won't talk about features, etc., as it has everything a consumer needs for their air conditioner. In terms of quality, I would say it is above average, without any creaking or surprises regarding the materials. Many complain about the wifi, and I will say rightfully so, to some extent. The first one, for example, connected immediately. The second one gave me a bit of trouble. But before I start blaming the second one, I will tell you how I managed to connect it and I will provide it hoping that it will help others as well.
On the first day, I followed the instructions in the leaflet, but nothing happened. Then, after a few more attempts, I downloaded the Gree app, which is essentially the same company, but still nothing. I gave up after a couple of hours of continuous attempts. The next day, I turned it on for ten minutes and thought, let me try again, just like that, without restarting the router, without removing any extenders from my network, nothing. Everything that the leaflet said from step 10 and onwards.
- I turn off the A/C.
- I press mode + wifi.
- I open the app and press the + button on the top right.
I select air conditioner, it shows me the screen, I press mode + wifi, and below, I press the button "I have done this action" or something like that, to start loading the bar.
- In the meantime, I go to the wifi settings on my phone while the bar is loading, and I see the hotspot ac...76 (it will be something else on your device), I press it and enter the password. It connects, and then I switch back to my own network.
- I go back to the app, and the bar is still loading. After ten seconds, it takes me to the next screen where you select the hotspot. Next.
- I select my wifi.
- The pairing starts.
- And voila, it tells me it's connected, give a name to your device, and we're done.
In short, the leaflet was useless.
Conclusion: If it doesn't work on the first try, of course, try again a second and third time. If not, leave it and try again after a while, maybe a day, once you have used it normally.

Θέλω και εγώ να μοιραστώ μαζί σας την εμπειρία μου με το συγκεκριμένο κλιματιστικό καθως το εχω τοποθετήσει σε δυο σπίτια. Στο εινα ειναι στο σαλόνι γυρω στα 38 τετραγωνικά και στο αλλο σε δωματιο γυρω στα 20.12000 Btu και στα δυο. Είμαι πολυ ευχαριστημένος απο την αγορά του πρώτου γι'αυτο και την ξαναέκανα. Μπορω να πω ότι με καλύπτει και στις δύο περιπτώσεις ιδιως στην δεύτερη. Δεν θα μιλησω για χαρακτηριστικά κλπ εχει οσα θέλει ενας ιδιώτης για το κλιματιστικό του. Ποιοτικά θα έλεγα πολύ πανω του μετρίου χωρίς τριξίματα ή εκπλήξεις σχετικά με τα υλικά. Πολλοί παραπονιούνται για το wifi και θα πω δικαίως εν μέρη. Το πρώτο πχ συνδέθηκε αμέσως. Το δεύτερο μου έβγαλε λίγο την ψυχούλα μου. Αλλά προτού αρχίσω τις κατηγορίες για το δεύτερο θα σας πω πως κατάφερα να το συνδεσω και θα σας το παραθέσω ελπίζοντας αυτό να βοηθήσει και αλλους.
Την πρώτη ημέρα ακολούθησα τις οδηγίες του φυλλαδίου αλλά δεν. Μετα καποιες αλλες κατεβασα και την gree app που ειναι ίδια εταιρεια στην ουσία πάλι τίποτα. Το παρατησα μετά από κανα διωρο συνεχων προσπαθειών. Την επόμενη σηκώθηκα το έβαλα να δουλεψει για δέκα λεπτα και λεω ας ξαναπροσπαθησω ετσι χύμα χωρις επανεκκινήσεις ρουτερ χωρις να αφαιρεσω κατι extenders απο το δικτυο μου τιποτα. Οτι ελεγε το φυλλαδιο απο το 10 βημα και μετα.
- Κλεινω a/c
-παταω mode +wifi
-ανοιγω ewpe εφαρμογή παταω το + πανω δεξια
Επιλεγω air condition συσκευη μου δείχνει την οθονη πατα mode+wifi και απο κατω παταω το κουμπι I have done this action ή καπως ετσι για να ξεκινησει να φορτωνει η μπαρα
- Στο ενδιαμεσο μπαινω στα wifi του κινητού όσο φορτώνει η μπάρα και βλέπω το hotspot ac...76 (στο δικό σας θα είναι κάτι άλλο) το παταω και δινω τον κωδικο. Συνδεεται και καπακι το ξαναγυρναω στο δικο μου δικτυο.
- επιστρεφω στην εφαρμογή και η μπαρα ακομα φορτωνει. Μετα απο δεκα δευτερολεπτα με βγαζει στην επομενη οθονη οπου επιλεγεις το hotspot. Next
- επιλεγεις το wifi σου.
-Ξεκιναει η συζευξη
-και τσουπ μου λεει συνδεθηκε δωσε ονομα στη συσκευη σου και τελειωσαμε.
Με λιγα λόγια βγηκε το φυλλαδιο.
Συμπερασμα:Αν δεν παιξει με την πρώτη εννοειται προσπαθεις και δευτερη και τριτη. Αν όχι άστο και δοκιμασε μετα απο καποιο διαστημα μιας ημερας αφου το εχεις χρησιμοποιησει ομως κανονικά.
Αυτά απο εμένα κατά τ'άλλα πολυ καλο προιον το συστήνω ανεπιφυλακτα. 4 αστέρια για εκείνη την ταλαιπωρία της ψυχούλαςμου..
