The Toyotomi Hiro Eco is a guarantee! I have installed these specific models in various houses with 9/12/18,000 BTU and they have never disappointed me. Excellent performance, low consumption, modern design, and reasonable noise levels. This specific series also has great durability as it has never given me any problems. Of course, I do the annual service to give it a longer life. It is certain that it will be my first choice the next time I want to install an air conditioner in a space.

P.S. I don't know what people want. To buy a 9,000 BTU and freeze a 30-40 sqm space? It's not possible! Read the specifications and performance of each product before purchasing.

I have it in the bedroom only for cooling. In the 5 years that I have it, it worked for 3 months during the summers. After 5 years, suddenly one day it stopped producing cold air and the F0 indicator turned on. The technician who installed it said that there was a leak and all the freon was lost, probably due to a material defect in some joint. The dealership will have to take it, with a cost of €50 for the dealership visit, €70 for dismantling and inspection, and €100 for reinstallation, not including the cost of the repair if it is possible and if there is a replacement part. So, repairing it is not worth it. I bought a Toyotomi only because I have another one in the living room for 21 years and it works like a charm. Complete disappointment and wasted money for a 5-year machine with a good reputation.

The electricity is very economical, it never came too high, even though I have it constantly on during winter and summer. The house doesn't have good insulation, but during winter it's like an oven with this air conditioner. It's amazing. I have been using it for three years and it works perfectly!

After 3 months of use (cooling), everything is good. Quiet and efficient. Good purchase for 420€. I will come back after winter for performance in heating.

I bought it because it is a toyotomi and because of the good reviews I read here. It is definitely not quiet, unlike my previous Samsung a/c which was almost silent (it lasted 13 years before breaking down). With this one, it's a drama, I hear the plastic parts making crackling noises, especially when I switch it off from heating, you should hear the crackling noises, at first I thought someone was throwing pebbles at the outdoor unit. It crossed my mind that maybe the technician didn't install it properly and that's why there are noises, but I read other reviews that also mention the same issue, so I guess I'll have to be patient.

After a year, it started leaking water in the cold, I contacted the dealership, two guys came here and did NOTHING, they even tried to justify it by saying that it's normal because of the humidity, none of the air conditioners I have do the same !!!

It is very good and quiet. I only wanted it for cooling and I use it in a 53 sqm house and it fully covers the whole house. The house is old, so it is understood that I do not have insulation.
I recommend it with 5 stars!!!
Because I read that it does not connect to wifi, it is very easy to connect. It has a card inside the instructions for the application and instructions

I got the 9-inch one while I already had the 12-inch one in the living room and I was satisfied. Similarly, the 9-inch one is an amazing machine, powerful, quiet, and definitely value for money. I got it on sale for 400 euros with free installation.

Guys, it makes a lot of noise and in a 15 sqm room inside a warehouse it struggles to cool. I should have gotten the 12 BTU, but again, in terms of noise, it's unbearable. It's a 25-year-old Corona and you can't even hear that it's working, it's very loud.

The Toyotomi is the best and most efficient with the best savings. I wasn't impressed because I grew up with the Gosai, which is made in Japan. It's been 17 years and it surpasses all the other air conditioners we have, continuously cooling and heating a 140 sqm living room without any issues. Now I have the Hiro for a year and some months, it's an incredible, quiet air conditioner with great management. It does whatever it wants with a 20 sqm room, whether it's freezing or the Sahara Desert in August. It's simply the brand, my friend, there's not much to say. No other brand compares, maybe Fujitsu and American electronic, but even they look up to Toyotomi. It's perfect, worth it, get it

It does not connect to wifi at all... its app is a joke and the company never responded to the email I sent. STAY AWAY

Very good air conditioner purchase! I installed it in the children's room and I am very satisfied. It cools immediately and is very discreet in terms of noise. I haven't tried operating the WiFi yet, but I will update later.

Unfortunately, the outdoor unit makes a lot of noise when it's hot after about half an hour of operation.

The application doesn't work, and that's the main reason I came to comment. A guy below mentioned it and I thank him. If you can't connect it to the network, download the Gree+ application.

On the positive side... I don't know much about air conditioners, but it does heating and cooling perfectly as I tell it to. I have the small one, I have it for cooling... but for heating, it's terrible. In winter, sometimes I used it to quickly warm up the whole 100 square meter house. The room for which I bought it is an oven.

Very good choice. The only negative is the wifi connection that doesn't work properly and the controller doesn't have illumination, but they get lost in front of its positives.

I will talk about its use from November to December, working continuously for 60 days, 24 hours a day at temperatures of 18 to 19 degrees in a well-insulated house. It really didn't burn anything. The DEI bill for the four-month period of September, October, November, and December was 184 euros. The only downside is that it is not silent. You can only hear it on the low setting.

Having now a complete opinion, hot and cold, the tool doesn't burn anything. January, February, March, and almost all of April cost 335 euros for DEI without closing for a second. In the cold, based on the kw written on the meter, it is still very low. I highly recommend it!

The external unit makes excessive noise and at times emits a loud buzzing sound. The older models were much better, this one is very fake and shows cheap construction.

It is worth its money and more. We have had it for a month now and 1) it doesn't make any noise, 2) it doesn't struggle to maintain the room (with poor insulation) at the temperature we set. Simple design, easy to use, and very straightforward instructions. 10/10 from me because it hasn't caused any issues so far and works all day.

I got the 9th one, really incredible, very little noise as it should be for a machine.. the wifi connects easily, the cooling is very good. I don't know about heating yet because it's still hot, I highly recommend it

Excellent air conditioner at a good price and all the modern cables such as wi-fi. Completely silent and performs very well in both cold and hot temperatures. I had bought the Izuru Eco series in 9 and 18 BTU. I simply preferred to now buy the Hiro series because it was highly recommended to me by acquaintances and at a very good price. Buy without fear.

I bought the 12,000 BTU. Awesome air conditioner, it makes the room very cold in 50 minutes. Very good, quiet, perfect, incredible, perfect

Very good and very quiet (that's why we chose it). In silent mode, you can't hear anything at all!!! It also has a "POWERFUL" mode if you want to cool a room as quickly as possible.

I have it for two years... Very satisfied... Brand name air conditioner at a very good price... Purchased for 359€... Installed in the bedroom. Mainly used for cooling. Very efficient and quiet. The fan function is useful in preventing mold growth.

Air conditioner with many functions that have already been mentioned by other users.
The following are major negatives:
1. A technician told me that many brands, including Toyotomi, are actually Midea.
2. The dealership has issues with spare parts (let's pray that nothing happens).
3. The absence of the QUIET mode is really noticeable. It has 3 levels, with the low level simply not being quiet. You can't have it on at night if the noise bothers you.
4. In Sleep mode, it is supposed to gradually lower the temperature. In this mode, the air conditioner constantly makes a clicking sound from the compressions/expansions.

However, performance-wise, it's okay. It covers well in a living room where noise is not a concern. It's not suitable for a bedroom.

After 5 years of operation, it started losing freon.
I still don't know where and how much the damage can cost.

Quiet easy connection to wifi with detailed instructions. It performs so well at 28 degrees (9,000 BTU in a spacious bedroom) that you need a sheet! Well done, Toyotomi!
