    Spring

    The spring mechanism is the traditional powerplant of a spring-powered airgun, where a metal spring (coil spring) is compressed and, when released, expands and pushes a piston that compresses air towards the barrel and propels the pellet.

    Single Function

    It means that the trigger performs only one action: it releases the hammer to fall and fire. The trigger does not cock the hammer by itself.

    - Trigger feel: Usually light and with a shorter travel compared to Double Action.

    - Accuracy: The lighter and crisper character reduces loss of aim when pulling the trigger. For this reason, it is a common choice for competition/target pistols and for shooters who prefer fine control.

    - Speed: Although the SA trigger is quick to pull, it requires time/movement to cock before each shot.

    - Safety: The light trigger can be more sensitive to accidental discharge if not handled properly. It is often combined with other safety mechanisms.

    Although I didn't buy it for Airsoft but for James Bond cosplay (yes, it's the secret agent's gun), in some tests I did I noticed that it shoots quite far and straight to a good degree. Also, it is not heavy and its small size makes it quite convenient and it fits everywhere - even in a pocket. Surely, if I ever play Airsoft, it will be my first choice for a pistol!
