Akriotou Wines’ Oreivatis dry white wine is made from 100% Savatiano grapes grown on 40- to 60-year-old vines in the Plataies viticultural zone of Boeotia, at an altitude of 280 to 380 metres. It is fermented with wild yeasts and bottled unfiltered, then aged on the lees for 2 months with periodic stirring.
It has a pale-yellow colour with greenish highlights and intense aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. Full-bodied and balanced on the palate, it has a fresh character and a long finish. Pairs well with green salads, pasta, grilled vegetables, fried whitebait, seafood meze and grilled fish. Serve at 11–12 °C.
