The 'basic' version of Château Fuissé is called Tête de Cuvee. This indicates that it is a wine made from a selection of excellent vineyards from the Château-Fuissé estates throughout the territory of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation – although over 75% of these crus are located on the southern side of the Pouilly mountain, characterized by full body, strength, but at the same time high acidity. In the cellar, we have fermentations in Burgundy barrels, 20% of which are new. The bottling can age confidently for 10 years.
