Positive aspects of the mattress: 1) Comfortable and restful noticeably compared to my hard anatomical mattress. 2) It is not thermoregulating; it equalizes the temperature at the point where the body comes into contact in winter, in summer you sweat. 3) Lightweight, with a zipper.
Negatives: You do not receive what is shown in the company's and stores' photos (they have the same photos, in mattress and content). The fabric in the photo is quilted and not the plain one they send you. You do not receive any certificate or warranty, regardless of whether they promise certifications, etc. Not even for the specific foam material that it is indeed this and not some plain foam! The fabric in the photo is quilted and not the plain one (which is very cheap).
Personally: It arrived 5 centimeters smaller than the order in width. I received it with asymmetries and indentations all around. The interior is terrible; it was cut and squared without exaggeration with the teeth, it had two layers, one flat and the other honeycombed like an egg carton (obviously to choose a side? it is not mentioned anywhere), the bottom layer with glued pieces of various colors, which were obviously thrown away and stained with moisture, which definitely did not meet basic hygiene standards. I sent photos to the purchasing store, and to their credit, they suggested I send it back, buy from another company, or get my money back.! I did not accept because from the more careful research I did, I found that we do not buy what we see, I also thought about the hassle and the time-consuming wait for a replacement and that the next one might be worse.!
Note...... in my opinion, ten centimeters thickness is excessive; I got it due to surgery on my back, but I think 6 to 7 centimeters is the best.

Έστειλα φωτογραφίες στο κατάστημα αγοράς και προς τιμή τους μου υπέδειξαν να το στείλω πίσω, να αγοράσω άλλης εταιρίας, ή να πάρω πίσω τα χρήματά μου.! Δεν δέχτηκα γιατί απο την έρευνα προσεκτικότερα που έκανα, διεπίστωσα οτι λίγο πολύ δεν αγοράζουμε αυτό που βλέπουμε, επίσης σκέφτηκα την ταλαιπωρία και την χρονοβόρα αναμονή αλλαγής και οτι μπορεί το επόμενο να ήταν και χειρότερο.!
