I messed up.
I didn't realize that it doesn't require brushing. After the first cooking, I brushed it and it got destroyed immediately. The coating came off the surface and in the next cooking, the pieces of the coating stuck to the food.
Maybe it's only suitable for fish or vegetables and doesn't require any brushing after cooking, because if you cook steaks without brushing, the burnt parts don't come off anyway.

Δεν είχα καταλάβει ότι δε θέλει τρίψιμο με βούρτσα. Μετά από το πρώτο ψήσιμο την έτριψα και καταστράφηκε με τη μία. Έφυγε η επικάλυψη από την επιφάνεια και στο επόμενο ψήσιμο τα κομμάτια της επικάλυψης κόλλησαν στο φαγητό.
Ίσως είναι μόνο για ψάρια η λαχανικά και δε θέλει καθόλου τρίψιμο μετά το ψήσιμο , γιατί αν ψήσεις μπριζόλες, χωρίς τρίψιμο δεν ξεκολλάνε τα καμμένα πάντως.
