It wasn't the best. It was a nice idea that it has lead weights in the handles so you can feel them better. However, on the first day I stepped on the wire rope and the screw caps that connect the wire to the handles came off. Their threads got damaged and now they come off easily. I bought another cheaper one from a different brand without screw caps and I use that one, which is much more durable. Also, the wire rope is not flexible enough and does not spin the way I would like, while the new set from another brand performs better. The cost wasn't high but there are cheaper and simpler options on the market. I'm sorry if I disappointed any potential buyer.

The wire is quite heavy, making it easy to gain speed, but because of this, it is difficult to go slow. The point of the wire that hits the floor has come out of its plastic casing because it is very thin and not reinforced at all. The handles are very convenient, but it is difficult to adjust the length as you need a small Allen wrench. One of the two handles is not very slippery, resulting in the base of the rope that goes into the left handle not rotating sufficiently, and due to use, the rope gets cut because of twisting. Poor construction.
