Average, I bought it when I started and it did the job, but it sticks a little and the rope doesn't help with rotation

Very poorly designed. Its metal parts easily hit you near the handles. The bristles are very light and make it difficult to maneuver.

Rusty, smells bad but tolerable if left in clean air for a while.. However, anything iron placed on it gets rusty and the rope is so light that it doesn't even do its job.

The rope is very light and not convenient. It's better to choose something with elastic.
