I replaced the lower boards with regular ones and it smoothly entered its fourth year in the house I rent all summer! It is much more beautiful up close and for its price, it has no competition in the Greek market where you have to pay a fortune to get a double bed!

I bought this specific bed, reading the positive comments, as it is the most popular one, hoping that it would be good enough for the money! I was completely disappointed! Assembling it is relatively easy. The fabric parts of the bed all around look very cheap, as when you press them, they feel like they have foam covered with fabric. The headboard has a wooden frame on the back side and the rest is completely hollow. If you press it enough in these areas, the fabric will tear. The frame that it claims to include consists of small thin boards (before installation, I checked them and they seemed so thin from the beginning, holding them with my hands and shaking them up and down to check them, they already started to peel off and make cracks along the length) which you connect with black plastic fasteners and attach them to the bed's iron parts. Putting our mattress on and lying down, two boards already broke, so I removed them and put the old big thick boards from the previous bed, which do not fit perfectly as the bed in the middle, along the length of the bed, has iron to make it somewhat stable, and the boards fit in that area and are higher on the sides. The result? The mattress goes wobbly... Completely disappointed... It's better to spend a little more money for a more sturdy construction.
